Wand of Discipline

This crop is a must-have addition to your collection. It has the look, feel and sound of a real riding crop but is appropriate for your bedroom.

The thing about crops and floggers is that their look and sound is almost more important than the feel. And this crop looks and sounds like it means business. When you want to dominate someone, it is hard to come at them with a red feather duster and some fluffy handcuffs (not that these toys do not also have their place in the bedroom). This is why we like black leather riding crop|Riding crop. You can totally control how hard you smack someone with it, but the more intimidating the crack of the whip sounds and the length of the crop looks, the bigger the thrill you will get from using it.

The leather grip gives a realistic feel and powerful control. The length of the wand is perfect for holding it in one hand and confidently completing a few intimidating warning slaps in the other (it is just under two feet long).

You could take it one step further and purchase an actual riding crop, but remember that 'real' riding crops are meant for large horses with hundreds of pounds of muscle and a thicker hide than the average person's backside. If you are into serious pony play or BDSM then you may need a stronger, longer crop, however, this takes lots of practice to use without injuring your mate/slave. This one is perfect for lighter bedroom play and fantasy fulfillment.

She says: I had a blast playing dominatrix and slapping him with the crop. I totally recommend leather cuffs|Jaguar leather cuffs and restraint chains (or durable under the mattress restraints) to complete the effect. This crop does have a little sting to it, but it was a thrill using it on the under arms, inner thighs and backside. When it came time for me to submit, I liked it a little less, but I'm more of a tickler myself.

He says: This riding crop has a good balance and weight. Its shaft is firm with a little give giving you great control and accuracy, without it being so rigid you can’t strike through. It also gives a good tactile response through the handle. The wide tip disperses the energy over a larger area so it does not have the sting of a crop with a thinner head. This is good for novices who don’t have much control, but is also good for the experienced because it gives a broader range. If you and your partner like continuous full intensity, I would go with a narrower head.

Are you able to actually bruise someone with this, or would you say it's a good toy for lighter play only?
  • Contributor: Devilbluedress
Interested in how much sting it actually leaves? How far did you push it. I've got some wicked friends that play pretty rough.

I tried to convince my husband to go for the [https://www.edenfantasys.com/rubber-bit-gag/adult-toys-dvds-24982|rubber bit gag}, but he refused completely, lol Maybe a riding crop instead? I have a flogger right now, and hands of course ;) but definitely could use a crop and this looks like a good one (pink and hearts don't fit in with my BDSM gear). Thanks for the review!

ha ha, my link didn't work, sorry.

I'd say its good for lighter play. It definitely leaves marks and welts (larger ones if you decide to hit with the shaft), but unless you are hitting the same area repeatedly with force, with the intention of leaving bruises, all the marks will fade by morning.

The shaft of the flogger doesn't vibrate when it makes contact with the ass?
  • Contributor: WitNCharm
You get a little resonance through the shaft with contact, but it is rigid and has very little give. It definitely does not bow.

As I asked on your other Spartacus product review, how has this one held up over time?
  • Contributor: BadgersRose
Great review. This looks like a really nice starter crop even though I can also get the real riding crops I can see how this would be better for a little less intensity.
