This shiny little tool that is meant to roll lightly along different parts of the body for sensory play. Anyone who is looking for a good starting point in sensory play or even more experienced users would probably like this tool. I caution, though, if you press too hard the spikes could puncture the skin, so use with care.

The tool is well made. The only problem I could foresee with the wheel is possible rusting if not properly cared for. Measuring 7" in length, the handle is 1/2" at the widest point and sports grooves over its width, I assume to help with gripping it. The handle extends and becomes more slender as it curves to where two thin sides that gap in the middle to house the spiky wheel secured by a pin through the center that holds the wheel securely in place. Material wise, it is made of a smooth shiny metal that has some heft to it. The sheath that comes with it is a thin, soft leather. The lip at the top of the sheath folds over and slides through a sewn on loop to hold the sheath closed. It's much nicer than the plastic one I received with another wheel I ordered. That one quickly became trash because the spikes made holes in the plastic, a problem you will not have with this sheath.

The wheel works well for its intended purpose. I am very pleased with it, as well as the effects it had on my lady. You choose the pressure and intensity you want to dole out. I would use caution, though, because if you press too hard you may end up puncturing the skin. The spiky wheel moves smoothly in the steel handle. t resembles a pizza cutter to me.

Clean with soap and warm water or a 10% bleach solution. You want to make sure to get this good and dry so no rusting occurs. Slip it back into the included leather sheath when you're done with it.
