I have always loved nipple play and when I saw these puppies I HAD to try them out. They look so darn wicked and utilitarian! My husband chuckled when I pulled them out of the box and shook his head at their evil looking pincers. I took them out of the package and tried out the opening mechanism which is a pincer type release allowing for even my larger nipples to be easily clamped relatively painlessly. I was warned that these clamps are a bit stronger than most but as I am not particularly sensitive on my nipples the sensation was very erotic. I would agree that if you have particularly sensitive nipples you might want to try a less forceful type of clamp and I would advise taking the initial clamp slow, fortunately the pincer type mechanism on this toy easily allows you to slowly apply pressure though there is no way to adjust the bite like some of the slider type models. They are priced extremely well and for the money you get a product that should last for quite a while.

I let a friend borrow these clamps a few days ago and she returned them the next day. Seems that she has very sensitive nipples unlike mine. She needed much more care upon removing the clamps than I did. A lot of gentle licking and sucking at her poor abused nipples restored blood flow less painfully but she didn't like the harshness of the clamp.
I still love the feeling especially when masturbating.
One thing I have noticed, since using this clamp my nipples have become much less inverted. They are very responsive to temperature and stimulation, something not even breastfeeding two kids could do! I have different sized nipples due to one breast being about a half cup size larger than the other as well and the clamps fit the smaller nipple as easily as the larger one, definately a bonus as so many clamps are hard to use with smaller nipples, or with larger depending on the clamp type.
If you want less intense nipple play slider type clamps are better and can provide a pretty intense experience but if you want really intense then these babies are just the ticket!

There is a heightened sensitivity to the nipple area and throbbing but not the hard rush of pain like you get when you remove some other clamps. You don't want to rip them off, though, that is very painful! They look so very wickedly scary but are in fact very user friendly.
