First of all, I have to say that this cock-ring's very well made, from a decently thick piece of leather. Care has been taken when assembling, and the it's obviously good quality. The upper/outer surface is pretty smooth, but the lower/inner surface is slightly rough. Not unpleasantly so, though. In fact the roughness adds a little extra sensation for me, at least. It's definitely not stretchy, which in this case is a good thing. When strapped on, it fits snugly around the cock and balls.

There's nothing fancy about the design, which is purely functional. It's a ring that goes around your cock, no bells or whistles attached! All you need to do is select the setting that wraps around you tightly enough to stop the flow of blood out of your erection.

It's reasonably thick (2.5mm) leather with three male & two female studs at opposite ends of the ring, which measures about 26x1.5cm. You snap the studs closed at the desired position to trap blood in the erection, making it bigger and harder, and last longer.
