Rubber ball gag - mouth gag discontinued by Spartacus - review by subbieforHer

In regards to my idea of the ideal end user, I'd recommend this product for those with some previous ball-gagging experience. A 2" diameter makes for quite a huge ball to be secured in one's mouth. Unless you have a Julia Roberts sized mouth, many women (and I'm sure plenty of men too) may potentially find this gag to be too much.

I mainly use this gag during funishment sessions or otherwise shorter-term lengths of time. Anything over 30-45 minutes will tend to make your jaw sore (which is perfect if you're a Top and that's your intention!)

However, for someone who feels that the ball size is right in (or at least near) their comfort zone, I would definitely suggest investing in this device!

Overall, this ball gag is well worth having in the toy box. I've owned mine for about 3 years now and even after somewhat frequent usage, the studs, buckles, and "belt" holes of the strap have been very trustworthy. This is even in spite of the fact that the leather contacting the skin is actually quite soft. I honestly figured that a belt hole would have at least torn by now after almost always using this product as tight-fitting as possible.

Speaking of fitting, as long as you're able to accommodate the 2" ball in your mouth, the one-size-fits-all settings on the buckling strap will do a perfect job of holding that ball right where it belongs.

The smell and taste of the ball is pretty much typical for any rubber ball gag being used the first couple times. One thing I do really like about the ball is that it is slightly squishy when you try to bite down on it a little bit. That feature alone really helps with enduring this gag.

Ohhhhhh yes indeed! I purchased this item hoping to get something that works like how a gag should, while maintaining the high fetish appeal of the ball gag.

It had been a little while since I last used mine so I figured I'd pick up a little inspiration and wear it while writing. Upon attempting a ballgagged sing-along with the radio, I quickly confirmed its gagging ability. As I tried to finish the whole review without removing the gag, I fell victim to the sore jaw and soon-to-be puddles of drool starting to form. Now I remember why my Mistress enjoys testing just how long I can put up with wearing this thing!

So...my needs and expectations were met quite well. The only downside I noticed in the design is that a locking buckle would be a lovely addition. However, if one is crafty enough with a small lock, it is rather easy to secure a padlock from the next free belt loop and the movable part of the buckle meant for holding down the excess strap (see photo).
