Use

This toy is perfect for those who want to dip their toes into BDSM without spending a fortune before you know if you and your partner will be into it. It is a great introduction to bondage and power play with your partner. I would categorize it as "light" BDSM/Bondage play. Perfect for restraining your lover an letting go of control for an evening (or visa versa).

Design / Craftsmanship / Material / Size / Fit

This is a basic, entry level leash and collar. It is made of polyester & Velcro. The Velcro was strong and the collar opened and closed easily. It stayed closed and we didn't have a problem with it slipping or not catching. The leash is 43 inches, which is pretty short but it was perfect for us, it all depends on how far you want to take your fantasy. It is detachable, so it is possible to place it with a longer (or shorter) leash if desired.

One nice feature is that the attachment is well made with what feels like metal and it swivels, so there is some freedom to move around without the leash and collar becoming a tangled mess. This will fit most "normal" neck sizes, but I don't think someone with a very large neck would be able to wear it.

Performance

This is a basic, entry level leash and collar. While it is made of quality material, it isn't leather and the collar has a Velcro closure, so it isn't too tough take it off. If you are looking for real restraints, this isn't for you. The erotic component here is the idea of being restrained- like I mentioned above, more for the beginner that wants to try bondage out without spending a lot of money on leather restraints. It is very easy to put on and take off and it stays where it should on the neck, not slipping a lot, which would cause scratches or chaffing. It is slightly padded for comfort.

Care and Maintenance

The only suggestion I would have is to make sure to keep the Velcro clear of hair and fabrics, otherwise it won't hold as well as it does initially. The leash and collar can both be spot cleaned if needed with some soap and water. It folds up great for storage.

I have used this a few more times and it is holding up very well. The Velcro is still going strong! Impressive for a lower priced item.

    Nice review! It's hard to see from the product photo, so it would be nice if you could show us what the inside padding looks like and tell us more about how it felt.
