Overall, this product is DEFINITELY worth the money. It does exactly what it's meant for and anyone from beginner to well seasoned can use it and enjoy it on various levels depending on your particular tastes. It's great for role play and for the more 'extreme' kinksters looking to get a sound spanking.

This is a great and simple toy, great for anyone from vanilla couples who want to try a bit of sexy role play to well seasoned and experienced kinksters who are looking for a great device for a good spanking and some sexy play. Sexy Nun/Student role play perhaps?

Design / Craftsmanship / Size / Material / Features

This is perhaps the one item I've seen which is exactly down to the last detail as pictured. It's basically a wooden ruler with wrapping for grip. It's sturdy and hard to break (as any well built ruler is) and the handle/grip section is formed to prevent sweaty palms from sliding around during a sound spanking.

Performance

I seriously give this lovely little device 5 stars. It worked great! Sure, you can make this at home but why go through the hassle? This is cheap and gets the job done without any regrets. It does what it's made for and it does it damn well, if I may say so. My slave and I were both very pleased during our play session.

Care and Maintenance

Fairly easy to take care of. It is wooden, so I imagine if it gets wet it will puff up a bit. Otherwise, just keep it off of wet substances/surfaces and on dry skin only.

Personal comments

Both my slave and I highly recommend this. Don't be fooled by how innocent it looks. It's literally a mini torture device in disguise (but then again, aren't all rulers?). It stings and leaves red marks if that's what you're aiming for which I imagine most of you are if you're buying this toy.
Follow-up commentary
The straps on the handle started to unravel a little but being the crafty darling I am, I used a bit of superglue and rushed in to save the day! I still like this ruler and think it's great :)

Lol. I always saw this toy and wondered why this toy had some good reviews when it basically just is a ruler with some leather wrapping. But the wrapping does really help and turn it into something much better appreciated. I've played with rulers and your hand can get a bit chaffed if you're giving a spanking and there's no special section to hold on to.
