The intended purpose of a condom is to prevent the spread of STDs and infection and to prevent pregnancy. The effectiveness of a condom varies with usage so it's suggested to follow the recommended practices when using one such as to put the condom on the penis as soon as it's erect and to leave room in the tip for ejaculate. This condom has a wider tip than most others, which makes this easier to do. I've used this condom on many occasions and have never encountered one that had any defects, tore, or slipped off during usage so I would feel safe in saying that they're pretty reliable.

The Lifestyles Ultra Lubricated Condoms are advertised as being "regular" sized. The male partners that I've used these condoms with have been average penis-sized (of around 6 inches) and these condoms fit nice and snug. I would not recommend these to a man that is very well endowed because it might cause an uncomfortable fit. However, these condoms have a nice amount of stretch to them, so they might be able to be used with no problems.

The Lifestyles Ultra Lubricated Condoms are latex condoms, so they can not be used by somebody with a latex allergy. They have a latex scent, though I would not consider the smell as overbearing or off-putting. I do not recommend these condoms for oral use. The lubricant has a taste that I can only describe as chemical, bitter and frankly, disgusting. As lubricated as the condoms are, I would add additional lubricant for anal use. Be sure that if you do choose to add lube that you use something water based, as oil or silicone might compromise the integrity of the condom.

To dispose of the condom, simply toss in the trash. Never flush a condom, and never attempt to use one more than once.

In my personal experience, without a condom I never have a need for added lubricant for vaginal sex. However, when using condoms the condom tends to dry out quickly and cause uncomfortable friction. So far, these are the only condoms I've encountered that stay lubed and comfortable. I've even used them for sex that lasted an hour, and the condom was comfortable and pleasurable for both of us.

Although this particular condom isn't advertised as "thin," my male partners have said it seems to be on the thinner side for a condom. As a female, I noticed less of a rubbery texture than some other brands. It also transferred body temperature well.

I also greatly appreciate that with these, I have never encountered a condom that was defective. I've found defective condoms with other brands and it is not a pleasant experience, so it's nice to find a trustworthy product.
