Lifestyles dual pleasure - male condom discontinued by Ansell - review by ~LaUr3n~

Lifestyles condoms are not as well known as Durex or Trojan, and that is a shame because some styles are just as good and even cheaper. The Dual Pleasure condom by Lifestyles is a pretty good choice in my opinion.

This condom features an extra wide head, but unlike other condoms with wide heads, this one is shorter. This prevents the baggy feel that I have experience with other condoms of this type. This feature is for the guy so that there is more freedom of movement for friction and for the ladies, this condom has raised ribbing on it's shaft. This creates the dual pleasure.

Compared to other condoms, this is how the Dual Pleasure is: Average condoms have a thickness of 0.0027". This condom matches that. No changes here, you won't feel much extra and it won't feel natural.

The average condom is 7.5" long. This condom is also that long. The reservoir tip is average also. I would not recommend using this on a penis larger than 6.5", which means it doesn't accommodate anyone much larger than average. there needs to be wiggle and ejaculation room.

Average shaft width and base width for condoms is 2". The Dual Pleasure is the same here also. This also doesn't allow for guys who are on the thicker side. This may not be a good choice if you have extra girth.

Average condom head width is 2.125". This condom has a head width of 2.25".
This provides extra head room. This condom has great taper and fits the natural shape of an erect penis quite comfortably. The extra head room allows for more movement but doesn't have too much extra length where the condom becomes baggy. In other condoms that don't allow for more head room, the head can get squished and is not felt by the partner. This condom doesn't let that happen thankfully!
The shaft of this condom also has ribs, that are more raised than those I have experienced on similar Durex models. This is what places this condom above quite a few.

The lubrication is mediocre-nothing special, but it gets the job done. It is a water based lube with no spermicide. Make sure to add more if you are not naturally lubricated enough! The latex smell is pretty average compared to other condoms.

This condom is pretty great. Even though it isn't the thinnest, it does have extra features to enhance male pleasure as well as female pleasure. A great choice for vaginal intercourse!

I still love this condom, but it is becoming increasingly hard to find in stores. It seems to be the most commonly used condom in health centers, hospitals, gyno's etc. for free hand outs. This is the only place I can find them anymore. BUT, another Lifestyles condom that has recently gone through a package makeover is a great comparable option.
