This condom is one of the best options out there for those with a latex allergy. It lives up to its name and feels just like skin when you're using it.
It is made out of polyisoprene, which is the only FDA approved non-latex condom. Where other non-latex options offer less protection against STIs, this one runs with the same effectiveness against infections and pregnancy.
Many people believe that polyisoprene feels more natural than a latex condom- which is reason enough to try it out regardless of your allergy status. The material is softer and more stretchy than its latex counterpart usually is, and so it is easy to forget it is even there. As its "Skyn" name suggests it may truly be the closest you can get to wearing nothing. From the receiving perspective, it sure feels like it. Additionally, the added stretch makes it less likely to break.
This condom is lubricated, but not heavily. It can get dry, so it is important to use some lube on it to enhance your experience and make sure there isn't too much friction on the condom. If there is, it might break which defeats its purpose.
Fit wise the measurements are pretty typical for a regular-sized condom, (Base Width:53mm,Length 190mm).
As with all condoms, I suggest that the penis-owners masturbates with it beforehand to see how it feels. Still working great!I have had no problems with breakage or anything else since I started using these condoms. Definitely a great alternative to latex condoms.
