Trustex flavored condoms - male condom by Line One Laboratories, Inc - review by Sam (aka Jul!a)

One thing condoms are great for, besides blocking the transmission of STD's or pregnancy during sex, is also blocking the transmission of STD's and all that icky stuff during oral sex. The introduction of flavored condoms has had a lot of great benefits, promoting safer sex by making it yummy. Unfortunately with these, the flavor doesn't last that long. However once the flavor is gone you're not left with a latex taste.

The average condom is 7.5" long, 2.04" wide at the base and along the shaft, and .002" thick. These condoms come in on par with length and thickness, but are narrower at the base, along the shaft, and in the head, coming in at 1.75". I would avoid putting these on a penis that is above average in any way, however always use your best judgment. If it feels too tight or starts to leave a mark, take it off and go with something bigger.

The vanilla smells and tastes like vanilla flavoring. When I opened the wrapper for that one and put it on my fiancé, I discovered that only one side really had any flavoring or lube at all, and even that side was minimally coated.

The chocolate smells and tastes like a chocolate tootsie pop and had the same issue with the lube.

In fact, every single one of these condoms that I used was severely lacking in the lube department. They tasted pretty good, but the flavor only lasted a minute or two.

Based on the research I've done on these, the lubricant used is sugar free and also water based. From using these it doesn't seem as though there's enough lubrication on them to use unless the orifice you're putting these in is also pretty well lubricated on its own. That being said, make sure to add more lube if you're not already lubricated enough naturally.

These, like all other condoms, should be stored at room temperature, protect them from prolonged periods of exposure to extreme high or low temperatures, moisture, direct sunlight and fluorescent light. If the condom is sticky, brittle, or looks damaged, don't use it. You should always use a new condom each time you engage in a new sex act, never reuse. You would use these the same way you use any other condom with a reservoir tip, pinch the tip to remove all the air, and then roll down the shaft.

Even with the other flaws these condoms may have, I never had one break, so it still gets points for that.
