Kimono maxx - male condom discontinued by Mayer Laboratories - review by Heartthrob

Kimono Maxx is for those men out there who are larger in girth and length than average condoms allow. My boyfriend is quite girthy and could not feel comfortable in a standard sized condom, so we decided to give these a try. Kimono Max fit around him perfectly without cutting off blood supply. He's about 6 1/2 inches in circumference and around 7 inches long. Kimono Maxx could easily fit over a man who is 8 inches long, but that's about as far as it will go. The head is flared allowing for men with larger heads to fit comfortably.

The condom itself comes in the standard foil wrapping, in this case black, and has an expiration date of two years in advance. Each condom is lubricated for easy unrolling and friction free sexual intercourse. That's right, we have never needed lube with these! He told me that he could hardly feel the condom. In fact, if it weren't for the fact that he couldn't feel my own lubrication against him, he would not have known that he was wearing a condom. For me, I could hardly tell. With other condoms I have tried, I have experienced a slight dragging sensation. With these, it's as if he's wearing a second skin. It allows me to feel his warmth while providing us both with protection against STDs and of course pregnancy. We have used about 9 of the condoms and each stayed in place during intercourse and held together. We have not had a single break with these condoms!

Although these condoms are nice and sheer they do have a little rubber taste to them, but nothing horrible. Oral sex was still enjoyable. Once he came, the semen stayed in the reservoir tip and the condom was very easy for him to remove without any spilling. Just tie it in a knot and throw it away.

The condoms come with an information packet about proper safe use, along with an ad for Aqua Lube and adds for other condom products that Kimono manufactures. The condoms come in a black box with silver lettering. Mine was a 12 count. The box is not discreet but then again, what condom box is?

All in all, we are extremely impressed with these condoms. They protect us without hampering sensation. We never have to worry about them breaking and they have never caused any irritation. Even so, these are latex, so if you or your partner are sensitive do not use this product.
