Vivid large - male condom by Ansell - review by Howells

This condom can be used to prevent pregnancy and STDs. It's also well suitable as toy covers if you share and for solo play if you prefer to use them sometimes for whatever reason. As a toy cover you can use about almost anything but I still prefer condoms that don't smell because the smell could linger on the toy. This one in particular doesn't have a nasty smell, but hasn't anything pleasant either. It's not like that they put fragrance in condoms, haha. So while it's good as a toy cover I still would recommend it for casual sex.

I was so surprised when I first used it, that it's so thin! I could swear it matches my favorite's thinness which the Durex Extra Sensitive. Now I looked it up and they seem to match! I got different dimensions on different sites (maybe there are two different Vivid Large condoms out there) but it seems to me that the correct thinness is 0.0019" or about 0.05mm. Anything that is latex and 0.05mm or thinner is pretty awesome! I tried thin non-latex ones but I must say that if you are not allergic just stick with latex. This is latex as well. Other dimensions are 2.25" width at the widest point, but the base is 2", length is 8". Why doesn't EF have these measurements? That would clarify it as an other reviewer got other dimensions. I don't need a large or XL condom, I'm fine with regular sized ones, but I think this was very comfortable. I found out that the diameter is rather a value that tells you up to what size these are comfortable with. It doesn't mean if you are 1.6" wide but the condom is 2" then you are incompatible. They all come smaller than that and they'll accommodate you to even a larger size. The extra length is great for uncut guys. Rather wear a larger than smaller condom, right? As long as they don't come off. These stay in place well!

Basically it's a larger Crown Skin Less Skin with a little bit more thickness to it and less smell. These have the same pink color, maybe a little bit paler pink. These don't have the powdery weird substance on them like the Crown ones, and the lubrication is not bad at all! By the way, it's water-based. The shape of the condom is the traditional style. The usual reservoir tip is there, but no fancy ribs or anything like that. No easy-on just looks straight that's all.

The packaging is a yellow packet, which looks ok and is easily tearable. It doesn't look anything larger than the average condom packet, you can't tell that it's a large condom just by the size and feel of the packaging.

These deserve the 5 stars as I don't have anything to complain about. They won't replace my favorite since I got many of that and not so much of these.
