The Trojan twisted pleasure to me is a complete failure. Although it might be for some people, I just dont find it comfortable nor pleasing, and can be a little tricky to put in. It's weird shaped tip will bunch up or may even pinch you. It might be great for some guys that have piercings cause of its oddly shaped tip, allowing more room.
