Are these useful? In a word, yes.

This is a very useful product that fills the gap left by traditional condoms. If you have small toys that you need to cover, give these a try, you won't be disappointed.

useful review
I have to say that I was not aware that a product like this existed. Most people default to using condoms when trying to cover a toy. I saw this pack of toy covers up for a surprise me review, and I thought that I would see what it was all about.

Ok, first things first: Yes, they are basically tiny condoms. This being said, they are very functional and useful. This product is the small size of toy covers, but it works on a large variety of products. Every toy in my collection was able to be wrapped up in one of these. My partner and I do not own any large toys, but we do own some moderate sized ones. The covers are about six inches long, and can be stretched to fit around average penis sized toys with little difficulty. They fit over pocket rockets, egg vibrators, slim g-spot vibrators, and all other small toys with ease. The covers start very thin, but stretch very well, so they are ideal for small toys and moderate sized ones.

The covers are made out of rubber latex, so the usual warnings still apply. Do not use any oil based lubes, solvents, topical medicines with these covers. Obviously pregnancy is not an issue with these covers, but latex is porous, and if the cover breaks on a used toy (But you wouldn’t do that, right? Only use clean toys) or you share the toy with someone else, STDs or infections can be spread. Do not expose the covers to heat or direct sunlight. Only use each cover once (Please don’t try to wash and reuse them, that’s just not smart), and never use the same cover for both vaginal and anal play. Do not use these covers as condoms, as they would have a higher chance of breaking and have no spermicidal lubricant. These things are mostly common sense, but are very important nonetheless, STDs are no joke.

I ordered these covers because I thought to myself, “these might be useful sometime”, and they are very useful. For larger toys, condoms can be used as covers, but smaller toys don’t always work well with condoms. These would be very useful for covering a toy for anal play, sharing a vibrator with someone else, or just covering a toy for easy cleanup. The covers have no lubricants, so lube is most likely necessary. The latex smell is present, but not as strongly as with most condoms. My verdict is that this product is indeed useful. The covers are strong, very flexible, and big enough to fit on moderate sized toys. The lack of lube is to be expected, but lube could easily have been added to make this a better product. If you are tired of using loose fitting condoms, or are just in the market for a handy solution for your small toy woes, I would recommend that you buy a few packs.
Follow-up commentary
Despite not being a necessary new product, these were still fairly useful and handy. If you plan on sharing a toy between partners, these would definitely save you some time with washing. They're not a must have, but they're cheap, handy, and work as they should. If you have the need, or are just too lazy to clean, then I'd recommend them.

They sound functional but I guess I would neverr use these unless I decided to share a toy of mine or borrow someone else's toy. Thanks for the review.

I actually would prefer non-lubricated, so I'm glad they went that route. Good review!

These look like they could be useful - how do they compare pricewise with condoms?

    Good review!

I found them being sold for $3.40, so tehy are a bit cheaper than condoms, but not by much.

Can you masturbate with one of these on a toy or are they for storage? I don't understand.

I'm actually glad they're not lubricated - I'd rather use my own, which is probably of higher quality than what they'd put on there. Sounds like a pretty useful little product.
