Vibrating velvet harness - double strap by Sportsheets - review by ohmai

I feel that the best use of this product is for beginners; price wise it is accessible to a couple who are thinking about involving a bit of strap-on fun. Also, the donning the harness is fairly easy to figure out. I must admit, however, that I managed to tangle myself in the nylon straps on my first attempt to put it on. I think this resulted more from my natural lack of grace then from any product fault. Once my boyfriend extracted me and assisted me in putting it on, it was very easy.

For our purposes, this product has worked well for my boyfriend and I in exploring a bit of role reversal. I honestly can't say how it would work if used to pleasure a woman because I've never had the pleasure.

The straps are made of nylon while the heart that holds O-ring is made of a soft, fake velvet material. The only downsides I see to this is that the velvet might not fair well if we were to play in the shower and the nylon seemed to press into my skin rather roughly when used for several hours. The nylon reminds me of what my dog's leashes are made of.

This product is moderately well made, especially considering the price. The straps were very easy to adjust, although the around the bum straps required more effort to pull tight. I suspect that this is purposeful to prevent the harness from loosening during thrusting. The around the waist straps were tremendously easy to adjust; I actually felt a bit bad ass pulling those into place with a simple, vaguely dominant pull.

This harness uses an O-ring design and comes with 3 rings. We found it very easy to sub in another toy when we discovered that the toy we order with it had far more girth then we had thought. It was easy to make compatible, although the toy kept trying to make its home in my boyfriend rather than stay in the harness. Probably because it had a suction cup and partly because of how lovely his bum is.

Lastly, the O-ring base contains a bullet vibe. It claims to be for clit stimulation but the pocket didn't line up anywhere near my clit so I don't see it happening. It did make the toy buzz which was nice for him though. Later we took the vibe out and he used it on me and I must say it is AWESOME. It is very strong but also very loud.

I'm an U.S. size 10-12 and this fit me with plenty of strap to spare. I could easily see it fitting a size 20 and possibly up. It fit pretty well although I did need to adjust is so the under bum strap would actually lie in that under bum cleavage area instead on my upper thigh.

Both my boyfriend and I felt this product worked very well. It was comfortable to wear although it eventually cut into my waistline after several hours. It was easy-on and easy-off. It worked well and gave me a lot of control in many positions. It was easy to secure the toy into the O-ring.

The harness has been very easy to care for. I feel that it could washed in the washing machine but wiping it with a damp cloth seems like less hassle. To store it we wrap the straps around a bit of cardboard and tuck it into the back of the 'naughty drawer'.

The harness came in a curvy white and pink box with a blonde model demonstrating the product on the front. The back of the product contains simple 3 step directions to putting the harness on.

Both my partner and I enjoyed this harness. He commented that I seemed to have more control with this harness and toy then he does with his natural born bits.
