When I first asked to review the Ballsy Super Cock, I was a little apprehensive because of the size. My girlfriend and I do lots of dildo and strap-on play; but, my max size has always been 7”. So you can imagine my surprise when I saw this one measured 9” with an insertable length of 7 1/4" and a thickness of 2”.

The Ballsy Super Cock by Doc Johnson is a flared base, porous, rubber dildo. I always like to mention that porous toys are difficult to share safely, even with condoms and antibacterial toy cleaner, because they can’t be fully sanitized or disinfected.

Normally when I do reviews for dildos, I attempt solo play first. What I noticed about the Ballsy was the smell of plastic/rubber and it was “sticky” to the touch. These were two turnoffs for me right out of the box. I first tried to insert the Ballsy while laying down but I really needed three hands because of the flimsiness I could never quite get a “rhythm”—which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker, yet. Next, I decided to straddle and ride the Ballsy but I had the same problem –it wouldn’t stay “erect” for me to straddle and ride. Out of frustration, I asked my girlfriend for help (and she was only too happy to assist).

We had just completed a review for the Aslan Jaguar Leather Harness and she has wanted to try the harness for “soft packing”. She also wanted to try out different dildos and “O” rings so the Ballsy fit perfectly into her plans. I teased her that she commandeered my toy review. Her first challenge was trying to find an “O” ring big enough to hold the Ballsy. She was able to get the Ballsy to “somewhat” fit into the 2” ring of The Big “O” Multipurpose Ring set. I loved the way the Ballsy felt under her pants and it did create a bulge without being overly distracting so this is something that she could definitely go out in public wearing.

So we decided to try penetration again; but, the Ballsy was simply too flimsy/floppy for her to get any good rhythm because each time she would get the head positioned to push it in, the head would slip out. Finally, she came up with another use for Ballsy—she could use it as a “stretching” dildo to prepare me for fisting.

As I stated earlier, the Ballsy was the largest dildo that I have ever used so she went very slow for me and with me. She began to move the Ballsy in and out as well as side to side. I could feel myself stretching with each push, but it wasn’t a painful stretch but more of my body accommodating to the size and length stretch. What we realized was that the deeper the Ballsy went the easier it became to “manage” and the less flimsy/floppy it was. This is absolutely not a beginner's dildo!

Since this is a porous toy, I want to make sure that I cover the importance of using condoms on these toys because they are bacterial breeding grounds. When you are playing with porous toys, remember these toys can’t be fully sanitized and/or disinfected in a dishwasher. Using an antibacterial toy cleaner such as the Doc Johnson Anti-Bacterial toy cleaner or just plain warm water and antibacterial soap is an absolute MUST after play.

I was never able to achieve an orgasm with the Ballsy; but, it did do a fantastic job in preparing me for her fist.
