Doc Johnson's Ballsy Super Cock is a simple toy designed for thrusting, and it brings a literal meaning to the term "grab it by the balls" - that's all you've got to do to control this toy while you're playing solo. I've only used it vaginally. I don't have the balls (no pun intended) to use it anally. The base has some flare and a set of huge balls so as long as a condom is involved, I don't foresee anal use being a problem... if your ass can handle it.

Given the length, take care of your cervix while thrusting. It's long enough that you can easily feel when you're going to deep/hard. Don't get me wrong, I like it rough - just don't hurt yourself.

Advanced users would probably get more enjoyment out of this dildo as the size may be rather intimidating to beginners. Some people won't be able to handle the size, others will love it. Considering this toy costs less than $20, it's worth the gamble if you want to experiment with a toy of bigger girth and length and are unsure if this type of dildo will be the one for you. The Ballsy Super Cock is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and Sil-a-Gel, which has antibacterial properties and gives it a rating of 5 on Eden's safety rating scale. It is non-toxic and also latex, phthalate and cadmium free. This is important to note because most PVC toys have the metal component cadmium which has been linked to cancer. PVC is a semi-porous material, so proper upkeep is a must. This toy is suitable for everyone as long as it is properly cared for and maintained, which I will get into here in a bit. This is especially crucial to beginners in the toy world who may not realize the importance of proper maintenance.

The PVC makes for this toy to have quite a bit of drag. Given the nature of the material as well as the size, I found that it takes a good amount of lube - more than just your standard few drops - to insert this toy. If I were to just drag it across my leg, it wouldn't be a smooth glide. However once this toy is lubed up, it's smooth sailing.


The veined texture on top of the shaft gives the Super Ballsy Cock a little bit of "oomph" although it may be too much for some. The veins run horizontal/diagonal across the shaft, are quite pronounced and they can definitely be felt during thrusting along the top of the vaginal wall. I find it pleasant, but again, this may not be suitable for beginners or those who don't like too much texture.

It came in a clam shell package and once I opened it, boy did it stink. The smell was very off-putting, but it diminished a bit after its first washing and becomes more faint with each washing thereafter. It feels rubbery and has quite a bit of drag, and is also a fuzz catcher. It tastes like it smells - like rubber and weird chemicals.


The material has some give and can be squeezed, but it is also quite firm yet floppy. This is a big toy, and I'd recommend that people new to the world of adult novelties pass this bad boy up and start with a more average sized dildo. I am not new to toys and I've been wanting to experiment with larger sizes for quite some time now, and I was very satisfied with the Ballsy Super Cock. Size queens will love this toy as it provides a very full feeling. I can feel it stretching my vaginal opening, but it is not unpleasant.

The classic phallic shape gives this toy a more realistic feel and appearance. It looks like a big monochromatic penis. Based on its look and size, it is not discreet by any means. Head, shaft, veins and a set of balls - no bells and whistles but the length and girth definitely give it some excitement. It is designed for thrusting, but I also enjoy teasing my clitoris with the head before I insert the toy.
This toy is suitable for travel if hidden properly and can be easy to store if you have a good hiding spot. It does not vibrate so there is no worry of it accidentally turning on as other toys would.

One of my favorite things about this toy was that the head is so pronounced. Its circumference is only .5" thicker than the shaft, but you can really feel it upon insertion. This is the first substantially large toy I've purchased and the first time I used it I was in absolute bliss. I didn't know what to expect and I was not disappointed. I've never felt so full. Since this dildo can stand up on its own because of its large base, I'd recommend letting this toy air dry if possible. It is such a lint magnet and will probably collect little fuzzies if you were to dry it off with a towel. Worse case scenario, towel-dry it and give it another good cleaning before your next use - which should be done anyway to ensure proper sanitation.


It should be noted that there is an indent between the shaft and the head of the dildo that should be paid extra attention to while cleaning, as some fluids could possibly collect in this area. Nobody wants crust.

PVC is a porous material and should not be used amongst different partners or orifices without a condom or toy cover. If you want this toy to stay as clean as possible and give it a longer life, use a condom regardless.

The Ballsy Super Cock is compatible with any kind of lubricant. If I need to use lube on my toys, I always use a water-based lube because it seems to be universally safe. Given the drag this rubber has, I did need to use lube while using this toy in order to get it in and comfortably thrust. I have no problems getting wet, but with the colossal size of this (at least to someone who is fairly small/tight), my body needed a little extra help.

The Ballsy Super Cock came in a clear plastic clam shell package with a pink cardboard insert. Not discreet by any means as the product is fully on display. The back of the package mentions the PVC and Sil-a-Gel properties, as well as a warning not to put this dildo in the oven, which I found quite amusing. The packaging makes it easy to store this toy away from others and keep it safe from lint and fuzz.

I'm glad I purchased this toy. Given its material, it may not last a lifetime, but I believe it was definitely worth the investment and would recommend it to size queens or anyone looking to experiment with larger sizes.

I've noticed a pattern when using this toy. I like to lay on my back with my legs spread and use some lube and slowly work it in, enjoying the deep filling sensations it provides.
