The Annie-O is an excellent option for anyone looking to explore pegging or gender play. The issues with it are minor compared with the quality of material and durability of the design. I'd definitely recommend the Annie-O over non-leather strap-ons, but it seems to be equivalent in quality to other leather harnesses, so really, it's the cute design and double dildo feature that puts this above the others.
