Okay, so I admit, I was not a beginner at “bending over” when I went for this harness—in fact I was just looking for an easy to use harness that would work with the Feeldoe my partner and I had been using and this seemed like a good bet. The kit itself is pretty simple, a nylon harness, a vibrating bullet, a pair of O-rings, and 2 Tantus silicone dildos—but its pretty much everything you need (minus lubricant) for trying strap-on play with a partner of either gender.
The harness itself is pretty easy to use; basically the straps go around the legs and can be easily adjusted to fit. There is plenty of space in the harness itself so I would imagine it would fit most people—it worked fine for my partner and I. It takes a little work to get everything on and adjusted, so it is not exactly immediate gratification, but it is simple enough for anyone to work. In terms of comfort the straps are relatively easy to wear and more importantly easy to clean. As harnesses go, while this one may be pretty basic it fulfills all that it needs to. The vibrating bullet that slips into a pocket on the front of the harness is a single-speed, but reasonably powerful vibrator. While something more interesting could be better this will work well for anyone looking for a little extra stimulation while they strap it on, and those not interested can simply remove it. The two silicone dildos are relatively small, smooth, purple dildos that are definitely intended for the beginner. Silicone is a great material for any kind of play, but beyond early exploration anyone seriously interested in strap-on play will probably want to invest in different dildo—and the O-ring harness system makes it easy, all that’s needed is an O-ring that fits the toy of choice. In general the Bend Over Beginner Kit is a well designed basic set for anyone looking to get into strap-on play. The silicone dildos are good starters, though anyone who enjoys this will probably want to invest in some more advanced toys, and the harness itself is basic but well constructed and relatively easy to use. There may be better harnesses out there but this kit is an easy and inviting way to get started with strap-on play. This content is the opinion of the submitting contributor
