I had to have this simple but extremely versatile harness. First, it's by Aslan Leather, who back up their products with lifetime guarantees (under normal wearing conditions).
How versatile is Commando? Remove one soft leather strap and you have a G string harness. Add the other strap - it hooks right on to the O ring, and you have a jock style that frames both sides of your okole instead of being butt floss. All at your demand!
It fits hips up to 46 inches. The lower you wear it, the more clit stimulation you get. It adjusts with silver colored metal buckles on each side of the waist or hip. It adjusts in the rear or on the back of your hips with D rings. Fit yourself once, unbuckle one side, and all you have to do is step into it and pull it up.
It comes with one black nitrile rubber O ring in the standard size of an inch and three quarters, you can always buy colored rubber rings, brass or chrome or steel ones to replace this ring. Most rings come in sizes from 1 1/4 inches to 2 inches. This harness holds dildos securely against the pubic bone, especially if you use both straps.
The leather is very soft and thin and non chafing. Aslan recommends washing it in soap and water and drying it in an well aired room but not in direct sunlight. It also recommends not soaking. I lightly washed mine in anti bacterial soap prior to use and Kiwi Saddle soap.
It bled color like nothing I have ever seen before, and I own quite a few Aslan harnesses. The color was blue green off the black leather. Even thoroughly dry, I wore it with my partner and had a blue green tattoo of the Commando on my hips and legs. It was very hot and humid that night despite having a Wind Machine fan on us. It also stained my dildo, which eventually faded with scrubbing. That was the only drawback, otherwise, this is a totally awesome harness. If you like to use large dildos with testicles like some of (Vixen's) the more endowed dildos, this is perfect, the balls unrestrained make great clit bumpers for your partner.

Experience
I liked the commando so much that I wore it under loose jeans as a packer. It held the dick securely, I wore briefs over it, but the buckles were less than ideal. If you are hard packing and are going to spend the night at someone's house, it's totally something you can overlook - after all, you are ready for everything. However, as a soft packer for everyday wear, you would be better off with Aslan's packing strap.

Bleeding, but not as much. Tolerable because of how soft and comfortable and versatile Commando is. Considered the vegan one, but I am more like a high protein harness wearer.

Commando Hair-Friendly?

Is this product friendly for all types of genital coiffe? Some hairier types don't meld well with devices like these, and I wonder if this is an exception?

In any harness the hair is going to get tangled around the dong's base, since you have the harness on while inserting the dong. Putting on underwear first could keep the hair loss down to a minimum. I wear underwear underneath my latex strap on.

Does this Harness sit low enough for use with a shared or double ended diodo?
I've tried a few double strap harnesses before, but I was hoping by the looks of this one it sits low enough for the wearer to have the double ended dildo inside her and supported with the 'O' ring to use on her partner?

i am interested in getting the commando harness as a first harness, but i hear it bleeds. is this true? if so can i exchange it for a vegan? id much rather have a leather harness for the quality, so any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Mine is the only Aslan product that I ever got that bled everytime I washed it or stained my skin blue green when I sweat, so try something else!!! Try their Jaguar. It's soft garment leather rather than latigo leather.

The leather we use use for the Commando does not bleed when it becomes wet, we try to keep our leather supply consistent but on rare occasion due to shortages our supplier will ship a slightly different product. The harness you have may have been produced with an alternate batch of leather which was less resistant to color bleed. You can send your harness directly to us and we will replace it with a new Commando harness.

I was totally surprised because I own 2 black Jags,a packing strap, and a white jag (not to mention Prince, who can not bleed) from Aslan, and no product has ever bled. This one bleeds every time. It's still black. I've had it for a few months, cleaned it five times, wore it 6, maybe it was a bad dye day. I only use cool water for washing, but my skin temp and the air temp can be upwards of 100. Yes, it is a great product otherwise!
Too bad it bleeds - this looks like a great harness. Too bad Eden doesn't have the Vegan version - that shouldn't have the bleeding problem.
That sucks about the bleeding but awesome that it's so versatile!
They make a vegan version now. I would suggest that to someone who's thinking of purchasing..............vegan would be more clean friendly, shower friendly, and not bleed. I don't mid a bit of bleeding during washing, I mind bleeding during normal wear.
