I just have to say how much I have lusted after this dildo. Being a texture whore, my eyes immediately was drawn to the Jellyfish. From top to bottom, this dildo is covered in texture. In addition to this, the Jellyfish has some gorgeous coloring that ranges from pink to a really pretty blue. Oh, and guess what? It glows in the dark! How awesome is that? If you are ever having a midnight romp, you can instantly find this dildo in the dark.
The texture feels great when rubbed on the clit and nipples. There is not much of a curve, but the head is so pronounced that it may rub some shallow G-spots perfectly without the curve. A flared base gives this toy the thumbs up when it comes to anal play. Being a non-vibrating dildo, you can use this anywhere you please (including the shower).

Oh Whipspider, how you make such dreamy silicone I will never know! This silicone is very soft, smooth, flexible yet firm, and plush. It does create some drag, but a squirt of water based lube can easily fix that. Speaking of lube, be sure to only use water based lubricants with the Jellyfish and any other silicone toy you may have. Silicone gets a safety rating of 10 on the Eden scale and with good reason! Silicone is hypo-allergenic, latex free, non-porous, and phthalates free. It can also be fully disinfected by boiling it for 3 minutes. Silicone is also smell and taste free. Silicone is very beginner friendly, because it is so low maintenance.


Now on to the texture:

The Head-A gently raised flower graces the top of the Jellyfish's head. The head also has ridges or grooves going all the way around it, and the head is very pronounced. The could be good and bad. For me, it was a good thing. This creates that nice popping sensation, and it hits my G-spot very nicely. The bad news about the large head? It can catch on some people's pubic bone. It really depends on you body as to what the results will be. I was unable to feel the flower when it was inside of me. If you are more sensitive to texture, you might be able to feel it while thrusting.


The Shaft/Base-There are Jellyfish tentacles running up and down the entire shaft. They are raised enough to feel when thrusting. If you are not a fan of texture, I definitely would not suggest buying this toy. The texture can become uncomfortable very quickly if not lubed up enough. The tentacles run all the way down to the base, which helps lubed up fingers keep a grip. Always a plus right? The base is very shiny, and has the Whipspider Rubberworks logo on it.

The design of the Jellyfish could not have been more perfect. Between the texture, the gorgeous pink and blue hues, and the silky silicone I believe this could be one of my favorite silicone dildos to date.

If you have arthritis or other wrist problems, the weight of this toy might cause you some issues. My hands got tired from time to time, but it has not really been a problem for me. Thanks to the silicone, it does not feel like I have a 1 3/4" dildo in my vagina. That being said, I still cannot recommend this to beginners. If you are just starting out, this much texture and girth can prove intimidating and painful. Apart from most glass dildos, this has to be one of the most discreet dildos I have ever come across. To me, it looks like a souvenir you would buy from the aquarium gift shop (only from the naughty/adult shelf).

So considering everything so far, how has it performed? Like a Jellyfish dream! Although it does not give me enough pressure to make me squirt, it still manages to stroke my G-spot enough to make me have amazing orgasms. For me, this dildo is perfect. I would not change a darn thing. I love my Jelly.
Another amazing plus? This dildo is absolutely 100% seam free!

As stated above, silicone is super low maintenance. For a simple cleaning, wash with warm water and antibacterial soap. You can also use your favorite toy cleaner. For a more deep clean, you can boil it for 3 minutes. Also if you do not mind wasting some water, you can put it in the top rack of your dishwasher (no soap added). You can use the plastic bag the toy comes in for storage, but it broke on me. I just use a simple Ziploc bag to store it in.
Silicone can and will pick up lint, dust, and hair. This one is no exception.
