Minx - dildo harness by ASLAN Leather - review by Rawr4483

Like most harnesses The Minx is used for Pegging, Gender play, Role play, Lesbian couples or just looking like a sex goddess! This harness is best for harness lovers or those with experience due to the price, $160.00, is a lot to dish out for experimentation. The Minx is so gorgeous and comfortable you could just wear it for the looks alone. You will not regret this purchase.

This harness is made out of fabulously soft, supple, flexible, leather. Keep in mind this is real leather so avoid excess amounts of water. At a first glance you can tell Aslan has made a high quality leather harness. Vegans I'm sorry but you're out of luck here! If you put your nose to the harness it has a wonderful leather smell(if you like that) but is in no way overpowering. In fact you probably won't notice unless you're purposefully smelling it.

The D rings and buckles are clearly made of metal which can tarnish over time if you're not careful. I have not had any problems with tarnishing thus far. Some will recommend applying clear nail polish to prevent tarnishing but I prefer not to because the nail polish tends to chip.

The string for the corset is also quite durable and the ends will not fray.

Aslan has really made a high quality harness here. Possibly the best thing about this harness (minus its beauty) is its adjustability. The buckles and straps are perfect for both beginners and advanced users. They are all easy to manipulate to get that perfect ideal fit. Not to mention this harness is pretty straight forward on how to wear it.

The hip straps work like a belt on both sides. Each strap has 12 holes placed 1/2" apart. The only downside is for those with a smaller hip size. there isn't really anywhere to secure the excess strap, it just kinda hangs around unless you want to tuck it back into the harness.






The straps on the back are made from D rings instead of buckles. They're a little harder to adjust on the go, but should be no problem with an extra hand if you want them tighter or looser.




On the thigh straps is a removable rectangular piece of leather(with a huge tag on it). It can be useful for clitoral stimulation however, I found it to be unnecessary/annoying and removed mine.

The harness comes with 1 rubber O ring with a 2" diameter held in place by 3 snaps that you don't have to worry about unsnapping during use. This O ring should fit most dildos but you can replace it with your own if you prefer.





Tags...oh my did they really have to add so many? There is 1 tag on the front, another on the side, yet another on the rectangular thigh piece, and that doesn't include the (removable) care and maintenance tag! They can be a little scratchy but it's never bothered me during use much.

This harness is quite durable, you defiantly don't have to worry about it falling apart or breaking on you.

This harness comes with multiple adjustable straps to provide the most comfortable fit for all users. It fits larger users as comfortable as it would a smaller individual.

You can adjust the hip straps anywhere from approximately 44" (possibly 3-5 more if you loosen the corset as it comes with lots of extra length) down to 27".

The straps in the back (for your butt) are also able to adjust to any size you could imagine. These straps will also adjust 6" horizontally so you can have the perfect position.



If you have a lot of junk in the trunk or not so much it will fit your buttocks comfortably and stay firmly in place.

You couldn't possible ask for better performance. Oh my goodness is this harness amazing! The Minx holds up so well in bed I couldn't think of a complaint no matter how hard I tried. I could wear this thing for hours (and I do) with no chafing or irritation. The leather is so unbelievably soft, smooth, and flexible. As a bonus absolutely none of the straps, buckles, or rings dig in to my skin.

No matter what position you want to conquer The Minx will not get in your way. I've tried an array of positions all with no issues in comfort or usability. This harness stays in place throughout any kind of play you could imagine, so you don't have to worry about it wiggling around much.

My dildos even stay in place. The majority of the toys I've tried have stayed in place quite well in The Minx. I really have yet to have any problems with size.

Durable, durable, durable! Man oh man I don't think I could break this thing if I tried, not that I'm going to. I suppose that comes with most high quality Aslan Leather products. You can tug an pull on this harness all you want with little to no worry.

Caring for this harness doesn't take loads of effort. Keep it out of direct sunlight to avoid cracks and fading. To clean I recommend wiping it down with a damp or soapy towel, excessive amounts of water isn't the best for any real leather. Be sure to wipe off any remaining moisture from all the cracks and folds imminently. After cleaning allow it to air dry out of direct sunlight, intense heat will damage. If you want to keep it in tiptop shape using a leather conditioner every so often will help to keep your leather soft and fabulous.

Where you want to store your harness is up to you. I keep mine on a hanger in my closet; I would also recommend a shoe box or bag so long as it's out of the damp or sunlight. If you're not hanging it up I would fold it neatly, who wants to leave their expensive harness in a crumpled mess!?

The packaging is just about the only disappointing aspect of The Minx. It came in a clear plastic bag (no writing) which was not reusable. There was also a tag attached which described Aslan Leather's lifetime warranty and a few cleaning tips. For the price I was hoping for something to store the Minx in. Oh well it's gorgeous enough to display for all to see!

This harness seems about as feminine as they come in my opinion. I would highly recommend this to any ladies who want to feel extra sexy in their harness!

As soon as I got my Minx the very first thing I did was rip it open and try it on. I was amazed by how well it fit me and how comfortable it was. I was concerned it may not go small enough to fit me, as I've had this problem in the past but my worries were blown away! When users talk about how adjustable it is they really mean it.

My partner was happy to see how well it holds our dildos in place. We've had some bad experiences with harnesses in the past where the dildo just wasn't planted on firmly enough. Not the case here. We couldn't be happier.
