Goddess - dildo discontinued by Tantus - review by CynicallyYours

I got the Tantus Goddess as one of my first real dildos and even though I've had several other since then, it is still one of my favorites.

I love everything about this toy. I've never been really into realistic looking toys. If I want something realistic, I prefer the real thing. With toys, I like the fantasy of a toy that looks more interesting. This toy is lovely and sparkly. (FYI the clear and pearl white colors are great if you or your boyfriend or girlfriend is a big Twilight fan).

I love the feel of this toy both in my hands and inside me. The silicone is nice and smooth and holds heat well. I like to run it under warm water or use warmed lube before i start playing with it. (Remember, silicone lube should not be used with silicone toys! So use a water based lube.) The ridges are a nice addition to the shaft and hit me in all the right places. I get good G-spot stimulation without it being too intense. The end of flared so it is also safe for anal, and it works in many strap on harnesses.

The bullet vibe that comes with make for a nice mild buzz inside the toy. I personally prefer to use the bullet on my clit while using the dildo itself for penetration. The vibe is also nice and quiet which is great if you need to be discreet! The dildo itself can be used anywhere, I love it in the bath. But the bullet vibe is not water proof so make sure you take it out before using it or cleaning it in water.

i don't recall any unpleasant smells when it first came out of the box. It had perhaps a somewhat sweet smell at first but that is long gone after a few uses and washings.

Because it is smooth silicone, it can get a little sticky on the surface so if it's kept in a fabric case or back it might pick up some fibers. So I recommend rinsing it quickly before use (a good practice with any toy, really). Any fibers usually wash off easily with just water so for me it's usually just part of warming it up first.

I think this toy is great for everyone from beginners to more advanced users. It's super easy to clean, it's even dishwasher safe. It's a nice mid-range size, not to small, not too big.

This remains one of my favorite dildos. It's just a great size and shape, and everyone should have one in their arsenal.

The one bit of caution I would give is that, over time, the clear does yellow a bit. However, it's silicone, so it can be sterilized. It just doesn't look that pretty.
