Briana harness - double strap harness by Doc Johnson - review by Talena

This is a great harness (strap-on) for beginners just trying to get a feel for this kind of thing. It can be worn by most females and can be used for vaginal or anal insertion on your partner. If you’re not looking to invest much money into a first strap-on, then I would most definitely consider the Briana Harness. Because of how uncomfortable the harness is (maybe its the width, maybe its material); I didn't wear this as a set for insertable use but as a "show off" item. I am glad that the dildo is removable and can be used separately.

The dildo on the Briana harness/strap-on is made of Jelly. Jelly has a safety rating of 2. Which means the material cannot be safely sterilized, meaning that you may want to consider using a condom with this toy and maybe consider not sharing it. Water and Silicone lubes can be used on the dildo. The harness is made of PVC, which means it doesn't have much give, which is probably why I didn't find it all that comfortable.

The harness is adjustable and fits up to a 46-inch waist. It uses a metal slider for adjustment, kind of like the ones you would find on bra straps except these ones are metal. The dildo uses Vac-u-Lock and can be attached and removed with ease. You can also interchange this with other Vac-u-Lock compatible dildos.

The harness, itself, adjusts to fit any size waist up to 46 inches, and has thin PVC straps, one that goes around the waist and then two that go around either side of the butt cheek or butt crack (depending on how you adjust it). I found the PVC material uncomfortable, so therefor did not wear the harness long, just for show. For those that can stand the PVC, this harness system should fit many shapes and sizes. This harness comes with a 8-inch Vac-U-Lock compatible dildo.

This strap-on was easy to set-up. Meaning it was easy to remove the dildo and then re-attach it and also was easy to adjust the harness straps and to slip-on. I however couldn't seem to get it to tighten enough and it felt wobbly, therefor did not use it for actual insertion but rather for show. It kind of felt as though if I would have used it for sex of any kind the tightness of wherever it was inserted would have pulled too much on the harness, which would release the harness and make it looser. Like I said, it felt this way, but since I didn't actually try it for real insertion, can't say for sure whether that would happen or not.

This harness set is easily cared for and is washable. Since the Jelly dildo cannot be sterilized, you should clean with warm water and a good toy cleaning solution. It is not recommended to use any strong soaps on the dildo and it should be store in a cool, dark place. The harness, which is made from PVC, should be cleaned with warm water and antibacterial soap. You can also use a universal solution, AKA, a sex toy cleaner.

I liked the way this was packaged. All the parts came in their own separate bag and seemed to be tucked neatly into the box. There was a guide on how to attach the dildo but after looking at the harness it was pretty much self-explanatory. The box itself was rather large compared to the contents and features of the harness and dildo on the box, so if you looking for discreet packaging, I suggest moving it to another box.

While this was good for show, I am not sure how this would work for anal because the dildo seemed floppy and the harness seemed to stretch easily and become loose.
