This harness is fantastic for hard packing, pegging, and strap-on sex. I would recommend this to women, FTMs, and female-bodied genderqueers, because it's appropriately constructed for those with smaller external genitalia. Because of its ease of use and snug fit, I would recommend this harness for beginners and more advanced users alike.

The spandex, polyester blend of this material is incredibly comfortable. It is soft to the touch and has no odor. It's relatively thin: it is easy to feel sensation through the material, but it is substantial enough to hold up to heavy usage. The Joque harness can easily be used in water.

SpareParts' Joque harness uses velcro and d-rings to adjust to the perfect fit. It is both comfortable and sturdy, holding up to even the roughest of use. It has a sewn-in o-ring that adjust to toys between 1.5" and 2" in diameter. It can be difficult to work a toy through the O-ring, but I have had no problem once the toy is inserted. It is compatible with a wide range of toys: dildos with testicles, double ended dildos, and dildos with smaller bases. However, it does take time to switch out toys, which could be frustrating in the moment.

This harness is easily adjustable and fits folks of a variety of sizes. I am in the middle range of the waist size range and had no issue adjusting it. However, I did find the thigh straps to be a little tight, even at their largest adjustment.

This harness is very easily and quickly adjustable. It was easy to use in the heat of the moment, as long as I had previously secured my dildo. I never had any issues with comfort or dildo problems in any position. The harness actually holds the dildo in a place such that the wearer can receive direct clitoral stimulation. The Joque definitely performs.
