The harness will fit a wide variety of waist sizes. The three-point construction is very uncomfortable; the harness is basically a nylon-webbing g-string. Because the harness moved around as I worked the dildo, I had to put lube in my butt to prevent painful chafing. This was only somewhat effective.

The harness can be used only with the single diameter of dildo. Thus, if you find you want to size up as you gain experience or size down to accommodate another orifice, you will will have to buy a new harness. It is easier to adjust for sharing between partners than a 4-point harness, and you can easily tighten it while wearing by pulling on the hanging straps. If you share with a much larger/smaller partner, you can't trim the straps as much and will have long straps hanging off the sides.

I would not feel comfortable sharing this harness with a non-fluid-bound user because of the relative difficulty in cleaning. I suppose a run through the hot cycle could get it fairly clean, but the item has a tendency to rub the butt hole as well as soak up fluid on the front. It would not be easy to sanitize by wipe-down like a smooth leather item.
