Mia-Z - double strap by Outlaw Leather - review by Sexalicious K

The Mia-Z from Outlaw Leather is my first harness. My hubby and I wanted to get into pegging and we had read many reviews on all the harness that EF carries. Overall the style and internal ring feature of the Mia-Z is what appealed to us most so we bought it!

The Mia-Z comes in a black (synthetic) velvet bag with a draw string. Included is a rubber ring and a metal ring to accommodate various sized dildos. I just love the black and pink leather work. I describe the style as "girly with a bit of attitude." The leather finish on the exterior is great however, the backside of the straps are somewhat disappointing. Not being a leather expert, it looks unfinished to me. Slightly rough surface and it sheds little particles of black leather "lint" on everything. I hope over time and use it stops shedding material.

For overall fit the Mia-Z will accommodate a wide range of sizes. The documentation says up to a 54" waist. As far as the wear goes the Mia-Z feels absolutely exquisite once it's in place. It has metal rings as adjusters on the leather straps and they hold in place very well. Adjusting the straps becomes challenging because they lock into the supple leather very well. My husband had to help adjust the straps in back because as I tried to pull them they simply locked tighter in place. This was a mood killer at the time, so I recommend that anyone using the Mia-Z for the first time should do a "dress reversal" of sorts before your kinky rendezvous with your partner.

The Mia-Z has a 3-snap ring on the front with one snap at the bottom which prohibits use of lifelike dildos with a scrotum because it will interfere with the bottom snap. The front of the harness is actually folded over and fastened with two snaps which can be opened to accommodate a second dildo for the wearer. The second hole has no replaceable ring and is approximately 2" in diameter so selection of the internal dildo size should be carefully evaluated. The internal dildo must fit through the hole yet have a base larger than the hole otherwise it might slip "in." Cleanup on leather is not so easy. Aggressive cleaners will damage the leather finish so I use baby wipes and then swab the area with a damp washcloth. The anti-bacteria cleaners in wipes may dry-out and cause the leather to wear quickly.

I first tried the Mia-Z with the Nexus Jr. This was a little disappointing which we blame more on the Nexus Jr. than the Mia-Z harness. The Nexus Jr. was smaller than we had expected and when installed in the Mia-Z it took from the length which made our first pegging experience difficult and "unfulfilling." Our second attempt was with the Mistress dildo from Vixen. This snapped easily in the front with the 3 snaps which securely held the metal ring and the Mistress dildo. This combination made our second pegging experience a total success. The Mia-Z felt very secure and allowed me to thrust aggressively without manually holding or adjusting the harness at all. The feeling was quite exhilarating and I can't wait to install the internal dildo to enhance my own pleasure even more. My hubby moaned and groaned with pleasure as I made him my little bitch! We loved every second of the experience.

I have had some use of the Mia-Z harness now, and I have perfected the fit! It was tricky however, but after some practice I can "get it on" (pun intended) quickly and get it adjusted so the base of the dildo hit my clit while I thrust. The material shedding problem has lessened, but it still persists. I think that will always be a result of the leather backing.

The interior finish has held up well by making sure it gets cleaned with a damp cloth or baby wipes soon after use. My main use has been for pegging my hubby, which we enjoy very much. I used a dildo in the internal hole, which was pretty simple to get situated, but I was disappointed with the results. It was pretty much "just there" regardless of how hard I thrusted.

Our final test was to use the Mia-Z strapped to a heavy pillow! This was to fulfill my "threesome fantasy" and I can say this was AWESOME! The Mia-Z held the dildo in place as I straddled the pillow. My hands, mouth and ass were free for other activities. The Mia-Z is now a mainstay of my toy box, and the quality it offers will provide years of use during your most adventurous play activities!
