Vac-U-Lock Lucid dream No. 14 - harness and dildo set discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by mckwell

The Lucid Dream No. 14 was sadly one of the least favorite of dildo/harness combos I have tried. You get what you pay for - it wasn't horrible, not fantastic either. The toy is packaged nicely and comes with everything you'll need: the harness, the dildo and even some lube to assist with the Vac-U-Lock (an interesting way to attach the dildo to the harness).

I'll go piece by piece. Let's start with the harness. This was my least favorite feature of the pack. The material was not the highest quality and I found it difficult to secure the harness tight enough to really get into the motion of penetration. The straps tightened around my hips, but the piece of fabric that covered the vagina was loose, which compromised the control of the dildo. In addition, at the base of the dildo, there was a hard plastic piece that was part of the Vac-U-Lock system. I found during hard, rapid penetration that this could be a little uncomfortable and dug into my skin.

Now, the dildo. While the plastic base of the Vac-U-Lock system that holds the dildo in place was uncomfortable, it did do a great job of keeping the dildo firmly in place. If the harness had fit better, it would have been perfect. The dildo has a large tip designed to reach the g-spot, the rest of it was pretty narrow. My partner (and I agree) thought it could have been balanced out a bit better - slightly smaller tip and larger shaft. It didn't stimulate the g-spot area as we'd hoped.

The Vac-U-Lock harness was an interesting feature. The dildo attachment was hollowed out at the base to fit onto a small plastic bit protruding from the harness. This required a little lube for the dildo to slide onto (included in the package). With a better harness, and softening the hard plastic base, this could really enhance the strap on experience.
