Oh What A Dong!

This is a high-quality non-vibrating dildo, that strikes the perfect balance between a big size and comfortable use. It has a realistic feel, plenty of girth, and is made of medical grade silicone... what's not to love?

Use

Tantus' O2 Revolution dildo is definitely a toy made with size queens in mind. I don't think I would suggest it for a beginner due to how much girth it packs. But, if you like your toys big, and crave that heavy sense of fullness, this is the one for you.

Material / Texture

The O2 Revolution is made of medical grade silicone, which is considered hypoallergenic and has no odor or taste at all. The surface is soft to the touch and very lightly textured, though not enough to make cleaning difficult, and it didn't seem to create any extra drag when in use. It will pick up a bit of lint here and there, but not as bad as a lot of other toys do and it's really easy to rinse off.

Design / Shape / Size

The toy is actually composed of two different densities of silicone; a stiff inner core and a spongy outer 'skin'. It feels fairly realistic to the touch, with the head being more pliable than the rest of the toy and the inner core creating a believable "hard on" feel along the length. The skin doesn't move up and down the shaft when you stroke it, but it does have that realistic cushiony feeling when you squeeze it.

The shape is pretty realistic as well. Tantus lists O2 Revolution dildo is as being only 1.5" wide, but the head is a little closer to 2" and there are subtle veins molded into the design along the shaft. It also has the hefty weight that one would only expect from a tool of this size.

The flared base does make it harness compatible and safe for anal use, though I haven't tried either one. With over 7" in length and nearly 2" girth, this is not a discreet toy, so it may be difficult to hide and would take up a fair amount of space in a travel bag.

Performance

The O2 Revolution is a real pleaser if size and realism is your thing. In spite of its girth, the head has enough give to it that it's not all that difficult to insert, while the toy in general is firm enough for easy deep penetration. The veins along the shaft are pronounced enough that they add to the sensations nicely without causing any discomfort, and the toy flexes a little bit if you move around or clamp your inner muscles down on it... similar to a real dick. It doesn't provide specific G-spot stimulation or anything like that, just a good feeling everywhere inside.

While you *can* take the Revolution in the tub or pool, it may not be the best idea unless you can handle this big boy without much lube since Tantus specifies only water-based lubricants for the O2 line.

Care and Maintenance

Unlike other realistic "skin" toys, the O2 Revolution requires no special care, and is very easy to clean. You can wash it with soap and water, boil it, bleach it (with a 10% solution), or pop it in the dishwasher.

Experience

Michele says: I was a bit skeptical when I saw the size of this thing, but that cushiony skin makes using it feel good no matter what you do. Even if you get a bit vigorous when thrusting, the head is soft enough not to do any damage but wild thrusting isn't really necessary with this toy anyway. The fullness alone is enough to create a lot of great sensations, especially if you move around a bit or use it with a clit stimulator.

I've found that if I soak it in hot water for a few minutes before use, it really enhances the experience, because the silicone holds heat well and it adds to the realistic feeling.
I don't have any other "real skin" type toys to compare it to, but I'd say Tantus did a great job of creating the closest thing to a big-dick sex experience that you can get from a toy.

Alan says: I don't really have much to add to this because after one look at the toy I knew it wasn't something that would ever get anywhere near my ass. I do think it was money well spent though because I love to watch Michele play with it and I think it's a toy that will last a good many years.
Follow-up commentary
We've had this toy for nearly a year now, and it's been bleached, boiled, and scrubbed multiple times without any ill effects. As a matter of fact, it looks and performs just like it did when it was new, so we have no doubt it's going to last for many years to come.
We still don't use it as often as some of our other toys due to its size, but it has a permanent place in our toy box.

spicywife-- I've wondered the same thing (about the girths) and I'm hoping they come out with smaller sizes too. This one's wonderful, but not what I'd consider an "every time" dildo if you know what I mean. It'd be nice to have a variety in the O2 material.

P.S. I haven't tried them (yet), but Tantus does make a slimmer O2 dildo called the Niagara and a very fat but short O2 Rascal dildo, They both have different designs than the Revolution, but they might be worth checking out.

The rumors seem to be supported by the fact that all three colors are out of stock here at EdenFantasys.       Where did you hear the rumor? That rumor was going around months ago too and it turned out to be false. Tantus had just stopped making it briefly while they worked out a manufacturing or some other problem.

      Also, it looks like all three colors are for sale on Tantus's site. I'm guessing they're just temporarily out of stock here.

      Tantus has had a lot of O2 stuff on sale for months and months. I wouldn't not be surprised if it was being discontinued or changed in a major way.

      I looked on their website and the only color being sold now is the purple one. I think it looks like it is going to be discontinued, if you really want it, you may want to get a hold on one.
