The Only by Doc Johnson is a silicone dildo. It has a larger head for G-spot and potentially prostate stimulation. It has a thick and sturdy base to it, making it compatible with O-ring harnesses. The Only was designed to be used vaginally. The thick head is there to provide good stimulation, but this toy can also be used anally. It has a large base that is going to prevent the toy from ever slipping into the rectal cavity. The bulbous head also provides some good prostate stimulation.

The Only is a great name for this toy. Because it is a great toy if you are only going to have one dildo. The smooth texture makes it great for all users. Texture can sometimes be unpleasant for some users. The bulbous head though provides good pressure for both G-spots and prostates.

This toy is great for solo play and for partner play. If using this toy solo the base is nice and large and quite easy to grab onto and thrust with. If using with a partner it is easy to penetrate your partner holding this toy again because of the large base. It is also compatible with harnesses and works well with them. I have had problems with thinner bases slipping through out Aslan Cherry Jaguar harness, but this one is sturdy and has no problem.

I think this toy is good for beginner to intermediate users. For those of you using it vaginally I would say it is a beginner toy. The size is quite non-intimidating and good for a first dildo. For those people using this toy anally I think verges on being a intermediate toy. The size might be too large for some people. But I do think with some nice slow warm up and starting with fingers this toy could be used anally on a beginner without any pain or discomfort.

This toy is good for solo play, or play with a partner

The Only is made out of 100% food grade silicone. Silicone is one of my favorite toy materials for a lot of reasons. For firstly it is extremely body safe. It is hypoallergenic, latex free, phthalate free, and non-porous. Because it is non porous it is extremely easy to clean. In porous materials bacteria can be in the pores and then it is impossible to clean. With a non-porous material there can only be bacteria on the surface of the toy, so cleaning with soap and water will kill all of them. The toy has no odor and no taste (if you have just washed it of course) which is nice. If I am going to use a toy anally I do not want it to retain and odor. Silicone is rated a 10/10 on EF's safety rating and for good reason. Silicone is a great material.

The Only is actually quite rigid and hard compared to some of my other silicone toys. It is still pliable and bendable, but less so then most other silicone toys. This could be a pro or a con of the toy. It just depends on what feel you want. The One is also "stickier" then some of the other toys I have. When you run your finger along it there is quite a bit of drag. Once lube was applied to the toy there was no discernible difference using it compared to any other toy I have used though

The toy will warm up to body temperature fairly quickly. It is one of the properties of silicone, because of this it does feel somewhat realistic. It does not feel like a foreign object. So that is something nice about this toy.

The Only has a unique shape to it. It starts off with a large long head that tapers down and then tapers back up to a larger size where it meets the base of the toy. The design was made with G-spot stimulation in mind. That is why there is a larger head, to press on it. It tapers down a size that is probably more comfortable for users. The taper down to a smaller end also makes it great for anal stimulation. Using big toys anally can be difficult so the taper makes it easier to have prostate stimulation without any discomfort of the anal sphincter. I do think the design is good and I found this dildo very pleasurable when used anally.

The toy has a non-phallic shape to it. This is something I personally prefer. My girlfriend and I use this mainly for pegging and I just prefer for her to use a non-phallic dildo. That being said I think most people are going to recognize this as a sex toy and you are not going to be able to leave it out if you are worried about people knowing you use toys.

As you can see the toy is O-ring compatible because it has a large base. So if you want to use it with a harness you can easily do so.

I think 6" of insertable length is a good number. I personally do not need a toy bigger than that. It is long enough to provide prostate or G-spot stimulation and is a reasonable length. I think it is a good length and size for your average user. If you are looking for size this probably is not the toy you want. But if you are looking for a first toy or something average sized I think The One is a good choice

This toy was a lot of fun to use. The size was good. It was very comfortable and easy to use, while providing good stimulation at the same time. Once I lubed up this toy it was very easy to insert and thrust with. I had some initial worries because they silicone was stickier than I am used to, but my worries were completely unwarranted.

I think the tapers on this toy are its most attractive feature. The larger head provides a lot of great stimulation. It was not pin-point accurate prostate stimulation like some of my other toys (The Aneros ones for example), but it still provided good prostate stimulation. Also a dildo thrusting in and out provides nice stimulation for the anal sphincters muscles and felt really good.

It worked well with our Aslan Cherry Jaguar Harness. I had no complaints. It sat in the harness nicely. It did not fall over. It seems very compatible and worked very well.

I honestly do not think there are any problems with this toy. It potentially is too small, or you may not enjoy the large head, but that is just going to be personal preference. I feel there are no design flaws or performance flaws that jump out.

Because this toy is made out of food grade silicone it is very easy to maintain. After every use I wash mine with warm water and anti-bacterial soap and it stays very clean. If you are going to switch partners with it you can also sterilize it either with a 10% bleach solution, boil it for three minutes, or stick it in the dishwasher on the top rack with no soap.

Silicone toys are best to store away from each other. They can actually damage each other if they touch each other. This is fairly uncommon, but I think it is still a good practice to store them separately. I just use Ziploc bags to store them.

This toy is made of silicone and therefore should not be used with a silicone based lube. It should only be used with a water or an oil based lube. (oil based lube is bad vaginally, but can be used anally).

The toy can collect dust, so a quick rinse before use is never a bad idea, but I think that holds true with just about every toy.

The packaging on this toy is very simple. It comes in a plastic shell. You can see the dildo, because the packaging is completely clear. So I would not consider this discreet at all. The back of the packaging also advertises designed for g-spot massage and most people are familiar with the term G-spot. I personally tossed the packaging into the garbage. To me it was not anything special and too large to store the toy in, but it would be possible to store the dildo in the packaging if you wanted.

There are no instructions that come with the toy, but a dildo is pretty self explanatory. I do not think anybody should have troubles using this toy. The plastic packaging can be recycled.

Overall this is a great toy. I enjoyed it quite a bit and think it is a great dildo for anyone. I think this is a 5 star toy, because I can think of no real complaints I have about it.
