Perfect for beginners!

This toy has great versatility, great for the price and blew my expectations out of the water. If you are new to the harness scene, or just looking to try something new without emptying the bank, this is the perfect harness set.

Use

When I first put this harness on, it was a little difficult, but as I got the hang out how to adjust it, it became a perfect fit. The O-ring that is used for this harness, is the perfect size in my opinion. It of course accommodates the included dong, but it large enough to fit some of my other ones, even the ones I thought would be to large.

I personally use the included dong for anal play, since its smoother in texture then any of my other toys, and the tapering effect helps with insertion. My fiance even likes it! I personally don't enjoy it vaginally, mostly due to the fact that I like my dongs to be more realistic, but its not in any way lacking when it comes to pleasure.

Material

The padding behind the dong is a sort of plush covered foam. I thought it looked a little cheap when I opened the packaging, but it holds up amazingly well, and prevents toys from digging into your pelvis during play. The strap is made out of a material similar to that of a work strap. It is rather long, which makes it ideal for those who are larger.

The included dong is made of a harder plastic then I normally use. Not to say its totally stiff, it does have some bend to it. This particular dong is made out of a neoprene PVC material. It has a rather strong plastic scent to it, but its only noticeable if you have it in your face. The dong tapers from head to base, achieving a girth of about 1 1/2 inches at the base.

Design / Craftsmanship

The overall design of the harness is perfect in my opinion. I was worried when I purchased it, because I didn't think it could hold most of my preexisting dongs. The straps that are attached to the rings are the same ones used to strap it to the user, which means the ring can be as far away from the padding as needed. The straps are super adjustable, which is definitely a plus in my book. The o-ring is roughly 2" wide, but can be replaced if need. The straps around the o-ring have snaps for easy o-ring removal or when replacing the dong. I personally just pull the padding back and slip the new dong in. Because of this, it is compatible with a wide variety of toys, even those with testicles. I personally have around a 36" waist, and the straps fit me, with a lot of room for expansion.

The included dildo, though not my favorite, was made very well. There are no noticeable seams and the thick base is not vulnerable to tearing. And I just found out it suctions itself to flat surfaces! VERY WELL. And after trying it out on my shower wall...And then my bedroom wall...It stuck to all of them! You'll have to excuse me I'm amused!

Size / Fit

The Red Rider harness fits both small and larger individuals. I think of myself as pleasantly plump, so I'm always worried things won't fit as well as they should. This harness can be extended enough to fit two people in it! Trust me, I've tried! So there shouldn't be any worries for those who are on the larger side of life.

Performance

Thinking of the way this toy was intended to be used, and my actual use aren't that much different. It felt very natural, and stayed in place well, even during play. The straps can be uncomfortable if you have them on to tight if they are against bare skin, but nothing that would cause the skin to break or rash. After initially getting this harness on and adjusting it, it was very easy to get on the second time. I'm not sure about everyone else but I simply step into mine and adjust it from there. Putting different dongs in has to be the easiest thing about this harness. It fit a variety dongs, even those with ridges. I personally use ones I had before other than the one included, only because I enjoy a more realistic dong. The one included is slightly smaller in girth then the average dong. I do use it for anal play though, because of its smooth texture, smaller head and the tapering from head to base.

In the "use" section, you don't actually say how the toy is used.

you don't give the material of the dildo. You also mention that you don't use it, however since you're reviewing the entire product, a description of the texture/feeling of the included dildo is important. Is its less realistic exterior its only flaw?

You might also want to review the dildo separately (in this review) to give users a more complete picture
