Soft and Strong

I was going to purchase the leather Commando since the price was not much more. However, after considering clean up and wanting to keep leather from getting wet, I chose the Vegan so I wouldn't have to worry as much as I would with leather. I am so glad I did! The harness is a great quality piece that is worth the (reasonable) price and will remain useful for a long time to come. I would have no problem recommending this harness to anyone.

Use

The Vegan Commando is good for anyone from a beginner to an experienced strap-on user. The strap doesn't come with any real directions, but you don't need any because the harness is just that simple and easy to use. No one likes to be struggling with straps mid-sex. I just find it rude to keep a naked woman waiting, so I love that the harness is quick and easy to get on and to change dildos if need be. I have enjoyed this harness since the day I got it when I was a beginner myself and I will always use this harness.

Material

The Vegan Commando uses faux-leather which is great because it is soft and supple like leather, but you don't have to worry about it getting wet. The material does not have any distinct smell which I appreciate. The straps are thin and soft yet very sturdy.

Design / Craftsmanship

The craftsmanship from ASLAN leaves nothing to be desired. The stitching is consistent and the harness is very sturdy. The straps are easily adjusted and provide enough of a range for different sizes. The harness uses an O-ring which is my preferred method for harnesses because they are more compatible with many toys.

Size / Fit

There are many holes on both sides of the harness, so the waist could fit a very large range, but it is also easy to tighten up for someone with a small waist. The legs are also adjustable which is nice because it can change the way you wear the harness, lower or higher.

Performance

This harness does everything it is supposed to do and nothing it is not supposed to. It is incredibly comfortable and while I have not used it for long term packing, I don't see that being a problem. The harness holds toys securely and I have not yet found a position in which the harness does not perform.

Care and Maintenance

Because this harness isn't leather, you can easily clean it with water and mild soap. It is easy to keep clean. I keep the harness in a linen bag when not in use, but I believe it could be stored anywhere.
