Use

I have found this toy to be great for vaginal insertion. I like the balls as it gives me something to grasp. I have used it in many different positions, so it is versatile. I'm a virgin, so it does take some getting used to at first. I've only used this toy solo, so I can't comment on partner play.

Material / Texture

I find that it is a good texture because it has a soft feel to it and has some flexibility. The smell is a bit strong, but I got used to it. I like the added veins because it adds to internal stimulation. The thickness stops it from being too flexible.

This dildo works well for me. The size was a bit large for my first toy, but with some lube and practice, it got better. This toy is not discreet, nor was the packaging. It seems realistic and the balls give a good place to grip. I feel like base helps with options of use.

Performance

I wish this toy had a suction cup because it would be perfect then. As for performance, it does what is expected. The worst part is the smell. It can be difficult to clean, but toy cleaner is helpful. I like the size and balls the best.

Care and Maintenance

I store mine in the original packaging in order to keep it from touching other toys or collecting lint. The material can be a bit difficult to clean if not done immediately. Make sure to use toy cleaner. It will pick up dust/lint if left out. It can be stored rather easily, as long as you have a space large enough.

Packaging

The toy was in a plastic package which forms around the dildo. It is great for storage, as long as you clean the toy prior to storing. There were no instructions, but none are needed.

I've since acquired other toys that I like better. I continue to use this toy, when I want something quiet that I have to work for. I stand by my original review that it's a good beginner toy, but should be used with caution.

  • Smell?
    • For those of you that have this dildo, how long has it taken for the smell to go away?
    • I don't have that particular dildo, but I will tell you that what few rubber toys I've owned (because I really hate rubber) has always had a smell to them, even after a lot of cleaning. The Erotic Wave actually smelt like burnt tires, and nothing I did could get the smell out!
    • I don't have this dildo either by have something like it. We have had it about 6 months it has been washed several times and has been aired out for weeks at a time the smell is about the same as when we bought it. We just cover it with a condom when we use it, and use scented, or flavored lube with it. You can try liquid dish soap and airing it out to see if it helps that was suggested by another reviewer but didn't help in our case.The condom was also suggested by another reviewer and works very well, the flavored lube works good for oral. Enjoy!
