The Wave is a free spirit. Rain or shine, the Wave is always ready to party. The Wave stimulates what it wants, when it wants. It has four smooth glorious undulations that can catch even the experienced user by surprise. Picture this: You think that you're angling the tip to hit your g-spot, and SURPRISE your entire vagina is being massaged by mini-waves. And that's not all - the individual waves on the toy get higher and higher as you climb towards the top of the shaft (by the base) for an even deeper massage. Getting this toy all the way in? Now that's a challenge. I can get every ripple in, except for the last.

The best part about this toy? G-spot stimulation is effortless. Even if you just thrust this toy in and out, it is highly probable that at least one bump will find your g-spot. Granted if you hate texture these bumps might not be for you.

Fortunately these waves aren't rough. In fact, they're oh so smooth. Made of the highest quality silicone, The Wave slides in and out of the vagina with ease. It's also flexible as the tip can be bent to a 90 degree angle. Just remember that the Wave loves water (based) lubricants as it is not compatible with silicone. The Wave is also odorless.

Aside from the harness part I can fully agree with the manufacturer as I don't own a harness. However they left out one teensie little thing. If you wet the base and press it onto a completely smooth surface, the base serves as a pseudo-suction cup. It's not perfect, but there's some serious potential for hands-free stimulation, provided you've got some strong glutes.

One more note about the base - it has three separate divots that fit really nicely in the hand. This toy could be very good for people with hand problems since it's very easy to hold. The base is also the same base that's on the FF Tiger (video review to come).

After I'm all wet (read I did squirt - not a ton but I'm still working that out), I wash my Wave with mild soap, and I store it in the original packaging (cardboard box plastic insert to hold the toy upright). This toy can be cleaned with a 10% bleach solution, or it can be boiled. Just remember that you don't actually have to apply sun-screen when using this toy, unless you're really at the beach.

If you haven't guessed by now, I'm in love with my Wave. I held off on purchasing this toy for a long long time because I was sure that the waves would feel hard and uncomfortable. I also have a love/hate relationship with the waves on my Intensity. But I was very very wrong. The Wave has a little less drag than the Intensity, although it's a very slight difference. Unlike the Intensity, the Wave has a smooth underside so it didn't irritate my vagina when I wasn't properly warmed up.

The Wave also has less texture than the Tiger. The Tiger has a striped pattern that surrounds the entire toy. I love that toy dearly, but I can't take it if I'm not fully aroused because I become over-sensitized. I don't have this issue with the Wave.

Compared with the Curve, the Wave is more firm, and its bumps are less pronounced. The first wave is also more gradual on the Wave. The bump on the curve looks more like a protrusion (which again, I love but you might not).

When using the Wave, I usually start with shallow strokes coupled with clit stimulation. When I'm ready I'll start thrusting, making sure to hit my g-spot with either the tip, or with the waves. I like to push this toy all the way in to get a very full feeling. This is a fantastic toy and my initial impressions were completely wrong. This toy makes me want to move to California.

This toy is one of the biggest surprises in my toy box. Not just because it's so awesome (and blue), but because I thought it would be so NOT awesome, and I was SO wrong! It's flexible and doesn't hurt at all. And it has 4 "extra" ridges to stroke the g-spot during thrusting. Cowabunga, dude.
