The base is thin and comfortable whether using it on its own or in a harness. The base also makes this toy safe for anal use if you choose to use it for such. I think it is perfectly curved for g-spot stimulation and prefer to use it alone since I can manipulate it easier.

I found I was really able to use it to its full potential with the Vibrating Corsette Harness by Sportsheets. If you have a harness you may want to try slipping the VIP in and strapping it to a pillow or chair. My kitchen chair worked best for me since I could drape my legs onto the leg bars and sway back and forth. My husband gave me some cute looks as he watched me walk around with my harness trying to fit it onto every piece of furniture in the house.

The silicone is fine and smooth. I did not notice any smell or taste, even just out of the package. It is a semi-realistic toy, it has very minimal detailing just around the head and it has balls on the base. There aren't any veins or wrinkles on the shaft or base. The material is velvety and firm, very firm. There is almost no flexibility in the shaft and could potentially hurt if you thrust it to hard. It is not too long though so I would think it would take some effort to actually injure yourself.

I received the VIP in pink and it is beautiful. There are pearl swirls throughout the dildo giving it a soft and shimmery look. At 6 1/4", with 5 1/2" of those being insertable, it is not over sized. It has a 1 1/2" diameter which is a comfortable width. It is made of very high quality silicone making it waterproof and easy to care for.

Because there is almost no give or bend in the shaft, if you have a shorter vaginal canal or, as I have, a tilted pelvis you want to insert it gently. Though not overly pronounced, it does have a ridge on the head and at some angles I could not get it in. Once inserted the ridge actually provided some really nice pressure and stimulation to my g-spot.

There is no suction cup on the bottom, but it does perform well in a harness. The base does not get in the way when playing with a partner and it is a wonderful shape to play alone.

I use antibacterial toy cleaner for my VIP. Being silicone, you can also use soap and water or if you prefer to sterilize you can put it into boiling water for a couple of minutes. Make sure to only use water-based lubes and store in a safe place. I keep my dildo in its own storage pouch in the Devine Playchest.

VIP arrived in a clear plastic box with a bit of red detailing. Verbiage about the quality of silicone used and some information about Tantus lines the outside. Inside is a plastic folding case with half the VIP molded into each side. It is a great way to keep the toy from moving around and getting damaged during shipping but I don't use it for storing.

The entire toy feels superior and luxurious, I can't stop touching it! I am sure I looked a little goofy trying different techniques and positions hoping to figure out just what to do with its curve, but it was worth it.
