The Bend over beginner's harness kit is the perfect start for strap on/pegging play. The harness is made of nylon webbing with a removable velvety pouch. Both are machine washable. It's a little complicated reassembling the harness after washing, but do it two or three times and you'll have it down. The Harness is very adjustable, and fits a broad range of sizes. It is a two strap, or jock strap, style harness and it sits nice and low. This is good, because it gives the wearer nice clitoral stimulation, especially if the vibrating bullet is in the velvet pouch. It also feels more natural to "do" someone when your cock is where it's supposed to be.
The kit comes with two wonderful dildos by Tantus; the Silk Small, and the Silk Medium. The Small is just that, small and smooth and perfect for even the most nervous beginner. Both are body safe, 100% silicone, washable, and more importantly sterilizable. The Medium is a bit bigger. But with a nice warm up, still within the realm of a beginner. To change dildos, simply unsnap the rubber O-ring and put in the bigger size.
The snap out ring makes this a wonderful harness. It is something you'll never out grow. When the Small and Medium become just warm up toys, just put a bigger ring & a bigger dildo in. Perhaps the Silk Large? The harness can take any size ring, and therefore, any size dildo. So you should never outgrow it. I certainly haven't gotten tired of mine! You can use the harness, not just in the traditional sense, but also as a chest or back harness. Talk about a versatile piece.
Care of the harness is simple. Wash it when you're done, air dry it, and throw it in your toy bag. The silk dildos don't take much more care. Wash them, or boil if you're going to share toys. Keep them in a ziplock type bag, so they remain free of lint. Do not use silicone lube on them or you'll ruin them. Both my harness and dildos have stood up well to over a years worth of abuse, and are showing no signs of wear.

Experience
This was my first harness, and remains one of my favorites. I started my boy off with the Small, over time we moved up to Goliath. We still use the Small and the Medium for a warm up, if we haven't played in awhile. I have also used this harness without the pouch while wearing a double ended dildo, and it works well.
Follow-up commentary
15 months after original review
We have long outgrown the Silk small; it sits in the toy bag waiting for someoe new. However, the medium is still a fabulous warm-up toy, and the harness itself - being that it takes any size ring - is still seeing plenty of use. I am looking into a new more panty-style one, but will not be getting rid of this; it is still a useful and versatile harness.
