Use

The Happy Valley Deep Secret is a harness compatible dildo/anal probe. It is suitable for anal play as well as vaginal insertion. For vaginal the size is good for beginners, but for anal I would recommend it for intermediate users. More on that in a bit.

This works great for solo or partner play. I bought it for my wife to use on me, but as it is made from silicone she is able to enjoy it too (with a condom or cleaning first). It has a slight curve and while it does not put a lot of pressure on the G-spot it does stimulate it pretty good. As far as the P-spot it does a pretty good job, would be better if there was more firmness to it.

The real pleasure for me is the stimulation to the anus and the full feeling from it being inserted all the way in.

Material / Texture

This dildo/probe is made from top quality silicone. The material has a matte finish and is smooth. There is enough flex that you can bend it and touch the tip to the base without much effort, but with enough lube (especially for anal) it still works very good for thrusting. There is five bulges for your pleasure. I found that the space in between is best felt through slow thrusting (not much difference in size) but still feels good when things get intense/faster. This is the same for vaginal play. Beginners and advanced users will find the texture satisfying.
When received there was no smell or taste. It does hold on to the smell of soap even after leaving it out to dry for a couple of days, so be advised. As a side note it does not seen to hold on to a "ass" smell so that is a plus.

While I got the silver swirl, there is also red, black, purple and blue colors (solid colors) for you to choose from.

Design / Shape / Size

The Deep Secret measures in as follows;
5 3/4" long 5" insert-able.
The bulges are 1 1/4" diameter, 4" circumference.
In-between bulges measures to 1"
The base is 1/4" at the edge and 3/4" in the center, and is 2 1/2" across.

The length differs slightly from the description page but not by much. The dildo/probe has a slight curve that makes use more comfortable. Most beginners will be able to use it for vaginal but those new to anal may want to start with some thing smaller or with more of a tapered tip. Being a intermediate anal guy, it still takes some warm up to get it in.
While it does not have a realistic look there is no mistaking what this toy is for. As such put it in your checked luggage for air travel. Also store accordingly.

This dildo/probe is O ring compatible. It also has a wide base that makes it totally safe for anal exploration.

Performance

My experience with anal has been with prostate massagers, fingers and a smooth G-spot vibe. So this has been a great experience for me, I find myself wanting to go play with it all the time. It really feels great and I think I will achieve the super O soon using this dildo/probe.

I have not got the wife to OK a harness so I have no experience with one. But I will say that this dildo/anal probe does not 'sag' when held to a wall. When my wife used this on me and during solo play, there were no problems and the stimulation was great. She said on her it felt like a penis going in four times then out four times. For me (not knowing what that is like) I kind of know how she felt, if that makes sense.

I think the area in-between the bulges could be more pronounced but that is just me, the wife likes it just the way it is.

Care and Maintenance

Being silicone it is hypoallergenic, latex free and can be cleaned by boiling, 10% bleach mix or even top rack of the dishwasher (no soap). I like a anti-bacterial wipe or soap and water. If you are going to share during the same romp with your partner, a condom is highly recommended for safety reasons.

For silicone only water or oil based lubes will do. Oil based lubes can cause problems with vaginal use so be aware of your body's particular needs. Some silicone lubes will work with silicone toys but not all. So if you must, try a small spot on the bottom of the base to check for incompatibility.

Silicone is a magnet for hair, lint, dust-bunnies and anything else floating around so rinse of before and wash after use. Store in a plastic bag or your toy box separated from different materials.

Packaging

This toy came packaged in a clear plastic bag with a cardboard top. There it says Sexy silicone toys * Hypoallergenic * safe to boil. Then there is the company name, Happy Valley and says it is "Made in the happiest valley in Canada". On the back are some care instructions. Definitely not discreet packaging.

Since the bag is not resealable it is not suitable for storage. One of the other reviewers mentions using old mis-matched socks for storing toys. Great advice, cheap too.

Personal comments

This dildo/probe likes to turn, especially when using anally with lube all over. To solve this I trimmed some of the base on two sides. Not much maybe 3/16" each side. Really works great and allows for a better grip and still plenty of base to keep it safe for anal use.

Experience

This has been a great experience for both of us. The wife likes the blunt tip and silicone feel. I like the ability to thrust something in my ass that has some texture. Now if I could just get her into a harness for some pegging!

      If you want something that won't pop out I'd get something with a bigger head. This might be too big but something like this:

      The bigger the head and the smaller the neck the less likely it will pop out. On the other hand a thicker neck gives you a fuller and stretchy sensation. I like both.
