The solution for a height difference.

This is the one thing that finally solved the problems I was having with a significant height difference. It's not easy to find things that fit on a small build (5'2"), and this was a miracle fit. It's extremely versatile, and I haven't come across any other harness that folds and stores this easily.

Use

This is a very versatile harness. The Velcro makes it easily adjustable to an exact fit, and the hold is surprisingly strong. It fits a thigh, as it's meant to do, but it would probably fit a large bicep as well. I would recommend this to anyone who's having trouble managing a traditional (pelvic) harness -- and even to those who have it down to an art. I would especially recommend it to a couple having trouble with a height difference. The material is comfortable, durable, and washable. It will hold any harness-compatible dildo and keeps a firm hold, even with a heavy glass one. The simplicity of its design is a big advantage for storage and travel. With no straps or buckles, it's not at all bulky and easily folds to fit in a bag or backpack.

Material

This harness is constructed from fabric, neoprene, and Velcro. This gives it a huge advantage over leather in that it can be thrown in the washing machine and used in the shower. As a FTM, before top surgery I used neoprene binders, so I was familiar with the material. It fits snugly, holding the harness in place, while maintaining enough elasticity to allow the user to comfortably change positions. I initially had some doubts about how well Velcro would hold up, as it had no buckles, but I soon found that I had nothing to worry about.

Design / Craftsmanship

The design is deceptively simple. It's not flashy and its main parts are a wide band, two Velcro straps, and a hole for the dildo. In short, it was built with purpose and practicality in mind. This isn't the harness to go with if your aim is to draw attention to your hips or show off the way you rock leather, but it's ideal if you're aiming to stun your lover with your skill and versatility. At first I was skeptical of its ability to hold on, being accustomed to metal rings rather than elastic, but I was impressed with how it held heavy glass just as well as it held light silicone.

Size / Fit

I'm 5'2" with a pants size that falls right between boy's and men's sizes. I've always had trouble with clothes and belts. I've tried traditional harnesses with belt buckle-type straps, and the smallest sizes were loose and awkward, even after poking extra holes. This harness was a perfect fit for my 18.5" thigh. Best of all, it took less than half a minute to get it on and adjusted. No more struggling with buckles and straps, having to adjust one side and then the other again and again until they match.

Performance

It did what it was meant to do. It was very comfortable and allowed for easy movement. What *really* impressed me about this harness was that it solved a tricky problem. When I found this harness, I was in the early part of the first relationship I've had with another guy since my transition. There was more than a 10-inch height difference; and, no matter how creative we got with positions and furniture, we couldn't find a way to make a hip harness work. It did take some experimenting to find the right position, but once we found it, it *worked.* As a solution for the height problem, this would work for genetic males as well as FTMs. The only disadvantages I can see are that it does take some experimenting to find the right position and might not work as well for someone who doesn't have much lower-body strength.
