This harness is great, it can fit most sized women and since the nurse shirt doesn't stretch like a normal shirt would it also looks great. This harness can be used by all users, beginner and advanced. The top that it comes with would look better on women with smaller breasts so it covers the whole breast, but it looks pretty damn sexy on my partner who has DD breasts. The dong, on the other hand, I would say would work better with advanced users just because of the thickness and how hard it is, but since it is part of the vac-u-lock harness system you can find your right size dong and still look sexy. The nurse hat is good for anyone.

The material used for the costume is nylon. The top is very stretchy so it will cover most but not all of a bigger chested women. It is very comfortable without the under-wire, and since the strings are very long, you don't have to suffocate wearing it. The dong is made of PVC which is light, water resistant, offers a long life cycle, and does not require much maintenance. There is a slight smell to it when I first opened it, but it's nothing bad and eventually goes away, or you just get used to it. It is also has realistic veins so your partner can get a more realistic use out of it.

The overall design of this strap-on in my opinion is perfect and just plain exciting. Now when it comes to the harness, it will fit a waist up to 60", so it fits plus sizes. In the front, there is a small red satin apron that has white lace bordering it. Underneath there is a red skirt that shows up on both sides of the apron, but is the same length as the apron. The skirt is 12" in width. It's sewn onto the straps that the harness is attached to. It comes with a harness attachment that is called a vacuum loc system. It's basically a plug that has snaps on it that your dildo attaches to. It securely snaps onto the holder, in which the dildo/dong will fit into place. The straps on the harness use buckles, which in our experience are exactly what we're looking for because they make life so much easier when adjusting the straps.

This set has a wide variety of toys available for it because of the vacuum lock system.

Like I mentioned before, everything fit very well. The top was comfortable and easy to put on and take off with two easy strings: around the neck and under the bust. The harness, since it uses buckles, was very easy to adjust. This is my favorite type of harness, for the fact that all I have to do is pull the strap to tighten and pull back on the buckle to loosen it up. The nurse hat uses the same strings at the top, it's just all connected so your head does not hurt while wearing it, and can be used on every size head. The harness can fit up to a size 60" so everyone can have a chance to be a naughty nurse.

This naughty nurse did its job and did it right. The top was easy to put on and it was comfortable to wear. You may need help tying the strings so it’s tight enough, but that should not be an issue if your partner is there. The harness is my favorite type harness. It’s very easy to put on and take off with the buckles. The dong is was very easy to get on to the vacuum lock system. Getting the dong off is a little bit trickier, but it does come off. I grew to love the vacuum lock system because it has a lot of dongs/dildos to be used with it. This holds up to even the roughest of playing, which I like because I can get carried away.
