Vac-u-lock dong - dildo discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by ~LaUr3n~

Okay, so I don't have a Vac-U-Lock system. I don't have any toys that go along with Doc Johnson's interlocking system either. However, I do have the Guy Master. I wondered if the Vac-U-Lock system's item would work with the Guy Master since they look so similar. That's why I decided to get this low end Vac-U-Lock Dong from Doc Johnson as an experiment. Currently Guy Master has fallen off the face of the Earth and I can't find their attachments for sale. If this dong works then it could open up a word of possibilities for me and my Guy Master fun! Luckily, it totally does fit onto the end of my Guy Master! It's not the best dildo because it is a little floppier than the silicone dildos that are actually made for the Guy Master and it is a tad short, but it totally works.

Without the Guy Master or the Vac-U-Lock system this dong can be used by itself but it can be floppy that way because the bottom half is then hollow. If you have something to use with this its a nice little dong with great ribbed texture. The material feels fairly realistic internally. It smells horrible, though. I recommend using a condom with this toy all the time. The size is below average so it is good for those new to toy of those who like petite toys.

It is not safe for anal play due to the lack of base.

Vac-U-Lock Dong is made of Sil-A-Gel PVC (the product page says rubber, but this is outdated and incorrect), as says the box. This newer formula is non-toxic, anti-bacterial, as well as latex, phthalate, and cadmium free. This material is a lot safer than rubber, but it is still very porous, so a condom should be used when sharing and isn't a bad idea for regular use.

The material is very soft to the touch and has a certain degree of realistic plushness. The surface makes it feel like perspiring skin with a lot of drag and some stickiness. It is a total lint magnet (wash it before and after use). The material feels firmer when you actually grip the dong. This gives it a bit more realistic feeling too. It is very flexible and can actually be stretched a bit too. It returns to its original form no problem. This toy can be bent entirely in half. I wouldn't necessarily call it floppy, although I can whip it around my head like a helicopter. It thrusts fairly well.

The coloring is so much better than it appears in the product page picture. In actuality the shaft is a very realistic shade of flesh tone, not the greyish nude hue shown in the picture. The head is a peach-ish hue and while it isn't all that realistic, it's much better than the creepy pink also pictured.

Unfortunately, this dildo has a horrible smell. it is very strong and smells like rubber and chemicals. It does not have the fruity additional that some DJ toys have.

Vac-U-Lock Dong comes in two sizes, 6" and 8". I chose the 6" version. The total length is actually 6 1/8" long from the tip to the base. Since there is no flared end, this can be inserted the entire length if you'd like (don't attempt this anally!). The realism is exaggerated so the dildo has very large veins that serve the function of texture and ribbing. The head has a cone top shape and flows nicely into the rest of the shaft without a ridge. I wish it were more pronounced, but some may like this because there's next to no chance it will bother your pubic bone. At the largest point it is 4 1/2" in circumference. The shaft circumference varies because of the ribbing, but it is about 4 3/4". There is a very slight curve to the toy at the upturn of the head.



This dildo is part of the Vac-U-Lock system which means that the inside of it is hollow up to 4" deep. There are carefully crafted ridges on the inside so that it locks into the system. This dildo can be used on anything with a Vac-U-Lock plug - harness, double sided plug, bouncing balls etc.

This dildo is obviously not discreet. It looks like a penis, although not the most accurate one.

Mr. Softee is not discreet in any way. It's a bright pink penis, it's large and hefty. I would not attempt to travel with it.

This dong is too floppy to use without the Vac-U-Lock system if you want to insert it more than 4". Even then, the part that you'd hold is too floppy to have good control. For best performance, use with the Vac-U-Lock system.

Lubricate the inside of the dildo and what you are going to attach it to, in my case the GuyMaster. This will prevent tearing and make it easier to put it on and take it off. Push the dildo on until it "snaps" securely in place.

Inserting the dildo is easy because of the cone shape. Immediately, the rubs start to tease you from the inside out and ripple against your outer vulva. I especially like to insert this toy really slowly. The texture isn't so intense that this toy cannot be thrusted either. For me, the circumference leaves me wanting more. It works for the GuyMaster because it goes in easier, but I wish it were a bit thicker. The length is also too short for this purpose. I really have to work the GuyMaster to get the dildo to thrust.

Overall, this dildo isn't all that stimulating in terms of getting me close to orgasm. It's too short and too thin to really push me over the edge. I think the 8" would be too floppy, so my search continues. At least I now know that Vac-U-Lock is GuyMaster compatible!

This toy is easy to wash with anti-bacterial soap and warm water or toy wipe/cleaner. It can be sued with either silicone or water based lubricants. It does retain smells, so keep that in mind when choosing a soap or lubricant. To store, put it in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Store it away from other toys of similar materials. They can melt together and ruin the material. Sunlight or heat can do the same thing. I would store it in a Ziplock bag if you don't keep the bag from the package.

The box is simple, but it is very informative. It is also updated from the package you see on the product page. It doesn't look a dated. The toy comes in a rectangular cardboard box with glaring pictures of the product on it. It shows how to use the Vac-U-Lock system which is really helpful. Inside the box the dildo comes in an unsealed plastic bag. The box also includes a nice pamphlet about what other times are available or can be used with this toy. It is not at all discreet.
