This harness is great for both beginners and more advanced users. In fact, I would highly recommend saving yourself the trouble and frustration of an inexpensive harness that doesn't work well, and just get this one.The Jaguar is high quality, and holds your attachments in place for as long as you intend to play. The first time I wore mine, I wore it for about 4-5 hours without having to adjust or tighten!
Because it is a double strap style, both male and female can wear it. I can only imagine it's more comfortable for a woman, but my boyfriend had no issues.
The harness is made of fuax-leather. (Fake leather) "Faux-Leather is a water resistant durable material with a high tensile strength and high resistance to tear."
It looks like leather when it is on, but feels soft on both the inside and out. It's really flexible like a worn in leather jacket. This one has a snake type texture to it.
Tho o-ring is made of a flexible rubber material and is replaceable by unsnapping the three hooks. Note: if you plan on using smaller sized attachments plan on purchasing some smaller o-rings.
All of the metal pieces are made of a shiny chrome. You can add a coat of clear nail polish to prevent rust and tarnish.
This is a "double strap" harness that is adjustable at the hips with two belt like closures. The straps at the back are also adjustable by pulling through the d-rings and tightening. You can trim execs straps or just wrap it around the belt. The O-ring is replaceable by unsnapping the three snaps that hold it in place. The O-ring that comes with it is rubber and pretty large. I think it would look really cool with a chrome one to match all the other chrome detail.
The Jaguar is extremely sturdy and the craftsmanship is perfect. I found no flaws whatsoever. It's symmetrical all the way around with no flaws in the stitching.
Straps are adjustable on sides and in back making it very versatile for both male and female users.
The harness fit right at my hipbones where I measure 32 inches. With both side straps hooked at the tightest hole, it fits perfectly. If you are smaller than me, it probably wouldn't work. This also leaves plenty of room for someone much larger. I have use both a double ended dildo and a suction cup style. The both worked well and fit perfectly. When my boyfriend wore it he use the suction cup dildo. It was placed directly on top of his own junk and he did not have any problem with discomfort. I'm sure other people could possibly have an issue and in that case you can adjust the back straps so the dildo hits above your own man parts.
I was extremely pleased with the Jaguar all the way around. I had a harness years ago that was far less superior; therefor put allot of research into purchasing a new one. It was imperative that the the harness I chose, above all else, held toys in place during use and stayed tightened the whole time. This one did both beyond my expectations. It was comfortable, easy to adjust, easy to put on and take off. My large toys slid in very easily and stayed in place. As mentioned before, I wore it for a few hours and during an array of activities. The position of my body did not impair the ability of the harness to perform it's duties.
This is taken directly off the care tag from Aslan and is for the Vegan Jaguar NOT the leather Jaguar:
*Scrub the area to be cleaned with dish soap. A toothbrush works well.
*Wipe off excess soap using a wet cloth.
*Pat dry, be sure to get all the moisture out of folds and creases.
*When it is clean and dry be sure to store it away from direct sunlight and heat.
*To disinfect wipe with a solution of 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol.
*Protect metal parts from tarnish by applying a coat of clear nail polish.
I found all of these steps very easy.
When I received this, I opened the priority box that Eden sent it in, and found two sheets of bubble wrap. The Harness itself was in a clear zip lock bag and had one care tag attached. I will save the care tag like I usually do, and plan on reusing all three of the other items. I literally trashed nothing!
