Although it is called the "Bend Over Beginner Kit" it still has value for more experienced users. Initially I was extremely pleased with the harness. It was sturdy, well put together, and made of noticeably high quality material. It was also put together in a way that allowed my girlfriend to get a very snug fit, this allowed us to use it in just about any position.
I do think it is a worthwhile investment for beginners because of the two small dongs it comes with. Both were of the highest quality, as all Tantus products have been in my experience. The two dildos are all silicone so they clean up easy and provide for a very smooth insertion. Though, if you are more than a novice you will want to upgrade. I would suggest the Silk Large, it is basically just a bigger version of the dildos that come with the harness. We even adjusted the harness to work with the Nexus. All you need to do is take the fuzzy backing out and then put the straps around the O-ring as normal.

In any case, it is a good all around harness. For beginners it has a lot of upside as it comes with a couple of non-intimidating dildos. Also it is easy to get it an out of and very comfortable. I think these are important for beginners because you do not want to kill the mood by getting tangled up in straps or realizing your bum just can not stretch as much as you thought. However, as you become more experienced and gain some comfort with pegging the harness can still be a mainstay of your toybox. A good harness is a good harness. The harness is also adjustable so you can fit larger O-rings, and thus larger dildos into it.

I have to especially note the quality of the material. The straps were strong and thick but still soft so they did not dig into my girlfriends skin when she was wearing it. Also the hip and leg straps were longer than some other harnesses we have used. This was a major plus because my girl is a little thick on the bottom (just the way I like). Along with providing a good fit, having some extra slack on the straps allowed her to pull them very tight, this gave her better control and feel over the dildo.

Compared to other harnesses we have used I noticed how much softer the strap material was. One major complaint I had with a previous harness was that the straps all had sharp corners around the snaps. This resulted in the corners poking and scratching me when the girl was driving all the way in. The dildos that come with the kit are also excellent quality. I personally love Tantus products and have never been disappointed by their toys. Besides, even when I graduated to using a larger toy in the harness, the little guys were still nice to have around for a warm up or just day to day masturbation. Both are all silicon so they clean up easily and last forever. Silicon dildos also have the advantage of not picking up odors, which, considering what I do with them, is a nice feature.

The Bend Over Beginner Kit does not reflect any major advances in design or strap-on innovation; however, the quality makes it stand above most others. As I noted earlier, the straps are made of a softer material than most harnesses I have tried. This adds to the comfort for both partners.

The harness is completely adjustable and provides a great fit. We have had trouble with other harnesses where the teeth on the buckles did not grip enough to keep the straps tight throughout the night. On the other hand, this harness always stays snug and firm, even during vigorous play.

One place where I was disappointed in the quality was in the bullet vibe. The switch did not work properly, or at least not as I would expect it to work. The problem was that the vibe would not stay on. You could push the button and hold it down to keep the vibe going but that really is not practical. Other bullet vibes I have received with Tantus dildos have a sort of "click" mechanism where you push the button down and it clicks on. Then you push the button again and it clicks off. This one, unfortunately, did not work that way.

The size and fit of the harness would work for a wide variety of bodies. The waist straps are larger than other harnesses we have used so it should accommodate even the curviest of girls. The straps for the legs also expand to a fairly large size. This is nice to have even if your girl is not that thick. Having longer straps makes it easier to get in and out of because you can adjust it nice and wide and she can slip in without any problems.

The size of the dildos was a little on the small side but will satisfy a bend over beginner.

My girlfriend and I have used the harness several times in a variety of positions. We got over the dildos that came in the kit fairly early on but they still have their uses, just not in a harness. The position we most often find ourselves in is with me laying on my stomach and my girl straddling me. This harness definitely works great for that position. The harness stays snug on her hips and does not move around. We also do a fair amount of doggy style and missionary and that harness performs similarly in those positions as well.
