The Mistress, my boyfriend and I lovingly call her Missy, was the first dildo that we used with the Mia-Z harness. It's 1 1/4" in diameter and 6 1/2" insertable, very unintimidating looking. Because of the size, we really only use it for anal play. This kit is great because the Mistress has a hole in the bottom where you can insert the included bullet vibe, which is great for harness use or just awesome in general. The flared base is also nice because, once again, it can be used with a harness, but this is also a plus for anal play.
The Mistress is made out of silicone. The silicone is VERY slick and soft. I was actually surprised at how soft it was when I first felt it. Be sure not to use silicone lube with this, or condoms that have a silicone lube on them. Be very careful! This is a great toy and you won't want to mess it up! The silicone makes this toy easy to clean and sanitize. You can clean it with antibacterial soap and water, put it in the top rack of the dishwasher, boil it, or clean it with a 10% bleach solution. Just make sure that you take the bullet vibe out before you clean it! Also, as with all of the Vixen Creation's dildos, they come in a clear, red capped cylinder that is great for storage and makes for adorable packaging.
The dildo itself is also completely smooth with the exception of the head. It is slightly "pinched" at the bottom to make it a bit more life-like. However, I find that the head seems very pronounced; there is a pretty large ridge in between the shaft and the head. This could worry some people beginning with anal play, where someone could want something a bit smoother. However, it may not bother other people. Just be aware that I feel that the ridge is noticeable at first. The wide base makes for an alright grip, in my opinion. The silicone is a bit squishy and difficult to hang onto, but it is better than nothing.
I would definitely recommend the Mistress for someone who was looking for a good starter anal dildo, however; I would not recommend this as a first ever anal toy, as I think it might be a little big for an absolute beginner. I would try a smaller butt plug first.

Experience
As I said before, my boyfriend and I mainly use this for pegging purposes. It looks very impressive with the pink Mia-Z harness; the blue just pops. The first time I ever tried on the Mia-Z with the Mistress in it, I stood in front of the mirror just thinking, "Damn that looks hot." And indeed it did; my boyfriend loved it. The slight curve of the head is great for hitting his prostate, and it's small enough in diameter that it didn't take too much work to get it in. My one disappointment with this toy is the bullet. He helped me put the bullet in, after adding some lube to it to make sure we could get it back out, and I felt it at first, but once I got to thrusting, I found that I lost the vibration sensation. I still had no problem reaching orgasm, as the Mia-Z causes whatever toy we have in there to press against my clit beautifully, but the vibe didn't play much of a part in it. Interestingly though, I found that after we were done, all I wanted was that vibe OFF. I don't mind hanging out in my cock and harness to catch my breath for a few minutes after sex, not at all, but I definitely found that I was scrambling to get the bullet turned off. I think that after a few good orgasms from the dildo pressing up against my clit, after the motion had stopped, that was when the vibrations became too much.
Our next project is to try "Missy" as the internal dildo with the Mia-Z, while using the Leo dildo as the outwards one. I personally think it's going to be too small for me, but we'll see.

My boyfriend has since outgrown this dildo, but I certainly haven't. It's a great stepping stone to bigger things anally. The toy is one of our oldest and has held up amazingly, but of course it has, it's made of silicone. I stand by the statement that it's a great beginner anal dildo and probably alright for ladies who like smaller sized toys. Personally though, I think we both outgrew it in a few months.

I would definitely say pulling out, aside from that first time.
We love our Mistress dildo too. We don't have the vibrating version though. You're lucky.
I'm going to see if I can find a stronger bullet vibe that'll fit in the hole at the bottom, as I've been a bit let down with that aspect of it.
