A great suction cup toy

A perfect non-realistic-looking dildo for those seeking the convenience of a suction cup dildo without the realism of a penis. The ridges provide excellent stimulation, and the suction cup is strong enough to go pretty much anywhere!

Use

Because the cote is made of TPR silicone, a condom would be a good idea for those that aren't fluid bonded, but a good cleaning could make this shareable without it. Because of its flared base, the cote can be used both vaginally and anally. The suction cup makes this easy to use anywhere you want to take it - shower, bathroom, dining room table... whatever! The toy isn't curved for optimal g-spot/p-spot stimulation. At a slim 1.25", this toy isn't for size queens, but it's a great first suction cup dildo for those like me who are looking for that experience of riding something. This toy is best for solo fun, but some people may enjoy using it for double penetration with their partner!

Material / Texture

The crystal cote is TPR silicone. This material has some of the benefits of silicone - easy to clean, smooth - but is a little stickier than my other silicone toys. It also is somewhat porous. Most silicone toys attract lint, but this one looks like it could be a doozy, so be careful with how you store it or where you set it down! Because it's silicone, water-based lubricants are a good choice for this toy so you don't risk ruining it. You shouldn't need much, but I do advise using some. The cote is a bit less glide-worthy than my other silicone toys; it does tend to create some friction and drag along the skin, so I recommend using lube even when using it vaginally (regardless of how much natural lubrication you have). The cote comes in three colors - purple, orange, and pink, all woven through the glossy toy. I didn't notice any odor upon receiving the crystal cote, nor has it retained any from use.

Design / Shape / Size

The cote is one of the only options I was looking at for a suction cup dildo. When dildos are too realistic I just can't take them seriously! What I love about this toy is that the ridges and head give a great sensation, but absent are the veins or obnoxious hairy balls that just aren't for me (at this point, anyway!).

The cote is a pretty short toy, with 4 1/2" insertable, so if you're looking for something long, this isn't for you! My favorite feature of the cote is the ridges that run diagonal to the material and cover the shaft. They feel AMAZING upon insertion and removal - I feel like this is what condom makers try to emulate when they make "ribbed" styles.

The base has (in my case, orange-colored) balls and then a pretty hefty section cup that flares out, so there're no worries about this slipping its way into a bad anal experience.

Performance

Hopefully you weren't expecting a vibrator - the cote is just a suction cup dildo, plain and simple, but it does it well. The suction cup is possibly the most important part of this toy and it is pretty dang strong! I had to apply more force than I thought to pull it off of a textbook and a mirror when I was done using it, and it never just slid off while I was using it.

While the toy can be used in the shower, I advise placing it before you turn the water on; it's a bit difficult to stick to wet walls and will easily be removed when you don't want it to! Use it for both vaginal and anal play if you wish, but take care never to go anal to vaginal, and wash the cote well between orifices.

Care and Maintenance

TPR Silicone is a bit more difficult to care for than regular silicone, since it's not strictly non-porous. Wipe this toy down with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner between each use. Also, as mentioned previously, clean it well if using it anally before you use it vaginally again! The cote is also dishwasher-friendly, so for those of you who live alone or have great roommates, have at it! Since the cote is a bit sticky, you could put it back in its original packaging to store - I didn't keep it, since it was pretty non-discreet, and instead keep it in a ziplock baggie. This keeps it away from my other silicone toys so they don't interact and ensures it doesn't pick up any dust!

Packaging

The packaging was nothing special - a half naked woman and the toy in a clear, plastic sleeve, with a piece of paper inside advertising it's features. Not something I really want to keep around, and I try to take up as little space as possible with my toys.

Personal comments

This toy was perfect for me, providing realistic stimulation while its cute and non-realistic looks are great in my toy drawer.

Experience

I had A LOT of fun with this toy! I'm going through quite the dry spell, so it felt really good to strap the dildo onto something and just ride for a while. I highly recommend this - if any of you are nervous about being on top, this is great practice. It's also a lot of fun in the shower used vaginally or anally, especially if you bring a (waterproof) clit vibrator along for the ride.
