The Ruby from Dr. Laura Berman is a great little G-spot dildo for women. It has no flared base so I would not recommend using this anally. There are better glass toys for that. The bulged shaft also feels great when rubbed on the clitoris. You can use either end for insertion, so it’s like having two dildos in one.

Glass also holds temperatures well, so warm it up with water, or cool it down with some ice water for some fun experiences. Placing it in the freezer or microwave is playing with extreme temperatures which will be too harsh for your sensitive areas.

The Ruby is entirely made of glass. It’s non-porous and very rigid. You’ll need to be careful not to hit your cervix.

The bulges are nicely rounded. I find I need a small drop of lube to help with insertion, but a little lube goes a long way. I never have to reapply lube when using a glass toy. You can use whatever kind of lube you prefer with glass.

The shaft is bulged with a G-spot tip at one end. The shaft has four bulges, and the tip sticks up but points away from the dildo and is flattened on the underside. At first, I didn’t think I would like this shape but it works surprisingly well. Unfortunately, while using it, it is difficult to tell if the tip is still facing upwards.

It’s 7” in total, and you can insert which ever end feels more comfortable. The largest part is 4: in circumference, so it will not make people feel stretched out.

I don’t like a lot of texture on my toys, but the bulges are nicely rounded so they don’t feel overwhelming. The tip is curved upwards by about an inch, but it is very firm so it works for me. This may not be enough for those who have a very picky G-spot.

It came in a clear blister packaging with a sheet on how to find and stimulate the G-spot. No pouch was included, but a nice padded or cushioned area will keep this glass toy safe.

Glass is easy to care for. Soap and water will do, but you can place this in the dishwasher or boil it.

If you notice any chips or cracks in the glass, throw it out because you don’t want to cut your delicate tissues.
