I suspect this might be a better anal dildo than vaginal, due to the design of the prominent head, which I go into fairly gory detail about further in this review.

It has a very sturdy base, so it would be very stable to use in a harness. Or, you can easily, and firmly, grab the base and use it to thrust with.

It can also be used for temperature play, both hot and cold.

Also, it is such sturdy silicone. It would shine as a spanking device, or perhaps a bookend.

As mentioned above, the vamp is a creamy white silicone with wee sparkles in it. I have an ax to grind against "Twilight", so the sparkles are lost on me. The white is lovely, however.

GAH... It is so sticky. It not only has drag, it has anti-locking brakes. Without lube, I can't stroke it -- my hand truly stops as I try to run it along the shaft.

We all mention lint magnet. As with all silicone, we have to wash it before, sometimes during, and after use. The Vamp is no exception to this rule.

The shaft is lightly veined in a pleasantly visually appealing way. Inserted, I did not feel the veins at all. However, I was too freaked out about the head ridge of this thing attaching itself to my pelvic bone, and not letting go to notice.

Made from silicone with a safety rating of 10 -- wash, boil, toss in the dishwasher, or use your favorite toy cleaner. This is the easiest of toys to clean. Be careful, though, because very bad melty things will happen if you use silicone lube, or if you let it come into contact with your other silicone toys.

The Vamp has a really prominent head, and then a very subtly veined shaft. I didn't take any additional photos, because the product pictures show it clearer than I could. I will get to the "head" in the performance section. If you're thinking about this dildo, this is the feature that you really need to look at in the product photos. Get out your tape measure, consider your body shape, and cogitate long and hard before you buy this.

The silicone is a milky white color with barely discernible sparkles in it. Real vampires do NOT sparkle folks... just sayin'! Also, this dildo is very thick and firm. It is difficult to bend, and if you squeeze it with your fingers, it barely gives.

The veining is so subtle. I doubt that it would be noticeable, even if you were texture sensitive. However that pronounces head is unmistakable whether you're looking at it, touching, or it's touching you in all those delightful places.

It has a very wee little odor of silicone if you stick it right under your nose.

Now the base... this is one of the sturdiest bases, both due to design and quality of the dildo. If you are an anal size queen who likes to get yourself pegged, this might be be a vampiric dream.

For this Vamp victim, no thanks.

The Vamp accepted water-based lube very nicely, and held it with that grippy surface.

This is where the Vamp scared me. The Vamp went in, but that ridge on the head did not want to come out past my pelvic bone. It was frightful, and painful. This was not for me. I'm tall, I'm deep, and I can handle girth. This thing was fine in girth, but that head is a very poor design for vaginal insertion. Perhaps its fun for folks who are anal size queens. I would really give it some thought vaginally.

When I say stuck, I mean a few moments of horror, imagining an embarrassing trip to the ER stuck.

It's pleasantly girthy if you like that. I would have, were I not too freaked out about never getting it out of my vagina. The head also does have a nice rounded tip, and it was comfortable on my cervix.

It was a breeze to wash as there are no crevices. All of the texture is subtle and smooth. It's dishwasher safe, and you can boil it.

I keep it in a pouch so that it doesn't accidentally come into contact with any other silicone in my toy box.

So, perhaps now you are scratching your head and asking why I gave it 4 stars. This is a very well made dildo, being made out of very high quality materials. It is just exactly the wrong shape for my body.

It's not fair to crucify it, when it's actually a great product for the right person.

My experience was not fun. There was no gushing or climaxing. Your milage may vary.
