ahhhh-mazing!!
If you're looking for something a little more realistic and on the slightly "bigger" end, give Johnny a spin. If G-spot stimulation is important to you, he's your guy.Published: November 30, 2011
Pros:
Life-like, not too soft, not too hard, curved for g-spot stimulation
Cons:
Honestly, no complaints here.
This guy really gets the job done. My girlfriend absolutely loves how this feels. It hits just the right spot, time and time again. The texture of the silicone really does lend itself to retain one's body heat, so it doesn't feel like something foreign when you use it in a harness.
Johnny's use in a harness is great and simple for me. We prefer the SpareParts Joque harness which allows for up to a 2" inch diameter dildo to be used. Johnny is a bit of a tight squeeze, but it's worth the effort to at least try it. As far as how it feels in the harness to the wearer, it feels like a true extension of one's self as opposed to something dangling off of you, which is something that I regard as very important. Highly recommended. Of course, you can only use water based lube for this silicone toy, but it only adds to the pleasure. It's incredibly easy to clean; antibacterial soap for quick clean ups and boil friendly for a nice, thorough cleaning. When not in use, be sure to store it in a dry place. I recommend a light coat of corn starch to keep it healthy looking and soft.
We have used other silicone dildos in the past that weren't as "forgiving" in pliability and ended up on a back burners due to them causing some pain. The slight curvature of Johnny doesn't cause any pain according to my girlfriend, which is always a plus. The girth is just right in that it's slightly bigger than ones we've used before, but not so much so that it is an incredibly noticeable and "uncomfortable" difference. Noting the size, however, I wouldn't recommend this dildo for beginners as it is larger than average, but really, it's all about being adventurous and trying everything at least once... or twice.

Vixskin color

thecookiemonsterI was looking at the vanilla versions of vixskin dildos and they all seem to have a slightly different tone. Is that just the pictures? The goodfella for example looks way lighter than the johnny. I'm not sure, I have very fair skin and want it to match nicely, the lighter the better! Any experiences from people who own multiple vixskin dildos? -
We have the Johnny in chocolate because we like contrast more than 'matching'. Part of it that you can never really match anyway. Happy hunting.

thecookiemonsterThat is true! But I might go for the vanilla anyway.. just want it to be as realistic as possible. everyone says the material feels awesome! I wish they would make the vixskin dildos in other colors than "flesh" and purple though... just to be able to mix it up a bit!
Supercurious about my first vixskin dick, quite exciting!

Harnesses?

I'm shopping for a silicone dildo with balls, as well as a harness. The Johnny Vixskin measurement and detailing both appeal to me but a reviewer brought it to my awareness that for harness wear, you have to use a four point harness rather than a three point harness for obvious reasons (you can't clip at the bottom where the balls are). Looking through harnesses, it still seems to me like it's tricky for even most four point harnesses to accommodate the scrotum in between them. The harness I've been looking at is the Tantus Velvet harness that is included in the bend over beginner kit. But I want to make sure that these purchases will get along without a hitch. Can anyone speak from experience?

The Jaguar will confortably take them as well. Most jock-style harnesses will.

Thank you for viewing Johnny VixSkin review page!

A solid first review, although it would benefit from a bit more detail. What are the measurements of the toy, since you mention that it might be a bit big for some? I've also never heard of anyone using corn starch with silicone. I use it to keep cyberskin toys nice and soft, but silicone will retain its loveliness all by itself. Although, I guess it doesn't really hurt the toy either, if that's what you like. Either way!
I'm also curious as to why you gave Johnny only 4 stars if you have no complaints at all.
EF has a mentor program you might want to check out to help you sharpen up your reviews and work out all the information to include. It's a really great, personalized way to get a handle on reviewing. Welcome to EF
this looks pretty cool!
Good review, thanks
Could use more information and more measurements. I think the Mentor program might be of some help for you!
Thanks for the review.
