The dong is well packaged. There are no outward marks on the box they use to ship it in that lets people know what is hidden within, and it's buried under a lot of protective paper. It's in a blister package so be sure you've got some scissors nearby and perhaps someone with a camera to take a picture of your face when you see it for the first time. It is huge!!
This dong, I have to admit, looks a bit intimidating. The name, itself lends no gimmicks or tries to fool you. It's a thick dong with balls.
The length is about normal, it's 7 inches; but the girth is crazy. It doesn't sound so bad on the description, but it's huge, especially if you're used to a normal sized penis, or none at all; you'll really have to start out slowly with this one. My hand barely grasps it. The nice thing is that the rubber is soft and easy to hold. There are veins in it and some texturing like a real penis to help with the grasp and the general feel of it.
My suggestion for use is to use LOTS of lubricant, especially on the first use, and don't force it! I repeat, don't force it!! But once you get it in and start using it, it's wonderful. I've never felt so "filled" before. The rubber is soft and lifelike in feel. The smell is a bit funky, though. It's a sweet scent that I think they tried to use to cover the smell of the rubber. The balls though, are a joke. Other than helping to hold it, I see no benefit to them.
To clean, just use some nice warm water and some soap. Let it dry. It's too large to take with you most places, unless you hide it well, but it's something you'll want to keep with you for those extra special urges!
