I bought the Icicles No. 4 after I saw its equivalent at a Pure Romance party. I just thought it was so pretty and, being relatively new to sex toys, the thought of glass intrigued me. My curiosity got the best of me, and this beauty joined my collection. What's great about the Icicles No. 4 is that it's actually two toys in one: a glass dildo and a bullet vibrator. I've used them separately as well as together and, personally, I prefer them separately. This is because, although the bullet is sufficiently strong and has several settings, the glass doesn't transmit the vibrations as well as I had hoped. Since the vibrations aren't that strong and are more irritating than anything else in the glass, I use the dildo for temperature play. I then put the bullet to more appropriate use as a clitoral vibrator and enjoy!

As I said before, I prefer the Icicles No. 4 for temperature play. Because it is made of glass, it can be chilled or warmed by simply placing it in different temperatures of water. The design of the Icicles No. 4 is obviously very visually appealing, but it is also well matched to a woman's body. The tip is bent slightly for G-spot tickling, which is kind of hit and miss for me. Sometimes it drives me wild, other times I can't seem to find it. The Icicles No. 4 makes up for its G-spot inconsistency with its slender design. I am easily intimidated by some of the larger dildos and even have a glass dildo that I haven't used yet because the bulbous head frightens me. The Icicles No. 4 is thin and manageable. It is perfect for beginners and advanced toy users alike because of its manageable size and play versatility.

Although the Icicles No. 4 doesn't perform as well as it's supposed to, separately the dildo and bullet perform admirably. I love the dildo for temperature play and the variations of vibes are wonderful for clit fun! After all, what girl doesn't love a bullet on her clit? I do worry slightly about the bullet because it gets really hot with some use. I think it's because the bullet lights up. While I love the light up feature (I am a sucker for flashy things), I think that it can get too hot to be pleasurable.

There is literally nothing easier than caring for a glass toy. They are extremely durable and won't be damaged by lubes. The non-porous material of glass makes it extremely difficult for bacteria to grow, as long as you make sure to clean it after use. Just rinse it with warm water, give it a few spritz of toy cleaner, rinse, and you're good to go! If that's still too much maintenance for you, you can always toss it in the dishwasher! It just doesn't get much easier.

My boyfriend is also a fan of the Icicles No. 4. He likes to use my dildos on me, and it gives him a little extra thrill to use this one because its uses are so versatile.
